We had a cockroach infestation, After 1 night we came back and requested a refund for the remaining days so we can move to a different hotel, the hotel manager was very hostile , aggressive and not at all apologetic. He did not care at all and once he had our money, its basically our problem now. He didn't offer anything, I confronted him with video footage of the cockroaches, and he responded that its acceptable to him. He refused to send a cleaning team. We ended up just leaving the hotel 2 nights earlier without any refund and staying at a different hotel at our own expense. Our friends booked a room at the same building with us on the upper floor and also had cockroach infestations. This entire experience left us with a sour taste on an otherwise great vacation. At least the staff seems and approachable. The room was 1.5 Km away from the check in, didn't look at all like in their pictures, the noise can be heard from both the street and other rooms, very very basic facilities, uncomfortable bed, Our room was on the ground floor, basic shower and basic bed.

Leider scheinbar Betrüger Vermieten Doppelt. Habe für eine Woche gebucht und nie einen Code erhalten. Am Abend der Anreise sagte man mir dann ich müsse erst meinen Ausweis Hochladen. Abends spät WO ??? Ich musste dann woanders schlafen. Am nächsten Tag gegen Abend dann Ausweis Hochgeladen angerufen. Antwort war nee Heute geht das nicht mehr wir melden uns. Wieder musste ich woanders Schlafen. Dann nächsten Tag wieder Anruf ja das wird bearbeitet Sie kriegen den Code zugeschickt. Abends wieder angerufen wo mein Code bleibt, Antwort ja das muss jemand einen Fehler gemacht haben. Wieder musste ich woanders Schlafen. Am nächsten Tag wieder Anruf wurde dann gesagt wir klären das und wir melden uns zurück Telefonisch. Aber kein Rückruf. Dann kam plötzlich eine Mail mit dem Text Sie haben nicht Eingescheckt deswegen Stornieren wir. Ersetzen tun wir garnichts. Auf mein Fragen warum ich nicht jetzt Einschecken kann sagte man mir Frech das Zimmer ist schon vergeben und wir haben keine mehr. Ich war bei der Polizei und habe eine Anzeige wegen Betrug gestellt. Meinen Rechtsanwalt habe ich auch beauftragt solchen Geschäften muss man das Handwerk legen. Habe dann den Rest woanders gebucht. Andreas Krüger
