I booked a stay through their website with the "flex" tariff, which allows the client to cancel free of charge until 6 pm on the day of arrival. I came to the hotel at 8 pm of a night with 50 cm of fresh snow on the ground, no tramway or bus working, and -8°C. They said they cancelled the reservation free of charge because I didn't show up by 6 pm, claiming that the "flex" tariff gives also the hotel the possibility to cancel. Of course, this was not clearly specified, and no communication whatsoever has been sent to my mailbox to inform me that the reservation had been annulled. I had to arrive there in the most extreme weather condidtions, just to hear them saying there was no room for me. Criminals.
