When we arrived, the receptionist asked us to pay extra 40euros per night for opening the sofa bed. but trip.com told us no need. Meanwhile, we called hotel on 17th May, a lady confirmed my booking including the sofa bed and no extra charges. Finally, they did not charge us extra 40euros. But it is not a good experience. If the hotel has relevant policy, should list it on the Trip website in advance. However, others is ok except this.

Clean and neat rooms but elevators was busy due to small numbers to serve tooo many rooms

The hotel is clean and near the city center with affordable price. The room is big enough and there’s sofa bed without bed sheet if you only book for 2 adults. Anyway it’s recommended

The Location is Perfect, near the tram Station and everything was accessible. The only downside was the lack of breakfast variety it was always the same every morning, we only stayed for 2 days but if it was longer i think i would be a problem but other than that our stay was amazing 🤗

The Hotel is around 6 mins walk from the S-bahn station and there's a shortcut with stairs down to the hotel. Alternatively, the tram stop is just 4 mins walk away. Both the train and tram can reach the main Munich train station. Breakfast was good with a cute waffle maker. Facilities was great and they allowed us to checked in a little earlier than we were supposed to be.

Location is good, walking distance to train station and central station is 2 stops away. Breakfast was good and the waffle station was a bonus! There is a mini mart nearby and some restaurants too. Rooms were clean but air con temperatures was a little too warm.  It was raining one of the day during our stay, hotel was not able to lend us an umbrella.  Overall, still a recommended hotel to stay when you are in Munich.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Munich, and I was thoroughly impressed! The highlight of my stay was definitely the breakfast—delicious, affordable, and offering a great variety. From freshly baked bread and pastries to tasty local dishes, everything was perfectly prepared. The coffee was excellent, and the overall atmosphere in the breakfast area was warm and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the essentials provided. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly hotel in Munich that doesn’t compromise on quality, especially when it comes to breakfast, this is the place for you! I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Our room on the second storey smelled terribly of sewage the moment we opened the door. So, we had to open the window, which in turn, let in the cold (it was 1 degree celcius). Toilet was cramped but relatively well maintained. There was soap, shampoo and lotion but the box of tissues only had less than 10 sheets - so we had to request for a new box from front desk. Room size is too small for 3 guests. Once the sofa bed is opened for the third person, the (stained) desk chair was moved to the walkway, leaving hardly any walking space, let alone room to open 3 suitcases. This wasn't the biggest let-down. The electric kettle was badly stained inside and unfortunately, I only realised this on my last day when I noticed particles floating in the water in my cup and in the kettle (see photos). Even after changing the water and reboiling, there were still particles. I tried cleaning inside the kettle with tissue - you can see the dirt on the tissue in the photo - but it couldn't come off. By this time, we had already drunk water from the kettle many times. This is a terrible disappointment and huge hygiene lapse!! It ruined the overall experience. I hope the hotel can do something about it.

Im very impressed in german it is first time visit but i very so great in german so i again next year

We pay for 3 persons a night, but 3rd person only got a bath towel (which they forgot to replace when they housekeeping. We 3 had to share pillows meant for 2 person. Also, only set of 2 mugs, 3rd person no need to drink water? Toilet flush splashes water out of the toilet bowl and onto the toilet pan so I spend much time cleaning the pan. No drainage in the bathroom and no door to close the shower stall so perpetual water ponding. No shower gel provided and not given when asked. Too tired to persist. Breakfast was ok.

Very good hotel ,near tram station. The staffs were very helpful, even recommended us to go to a very nice and authentic local beer and pork nuckles shop to have our dinner

This hotel is quite new with modern fixtures and a decent bed. The hotel is five tram stations from the main railway station. There are several smaller super market in the area which we found to be convenient. The included breakfast is more than adequate.
