Great facilities with 24 hours fitness gym. Comfortable stay with big rooms, great for values. Bus stop just nearby but need few transit to go to major attraction or city. Overall pleasant stay!

Lucky experienced the biggest snow never happened before in Munich. Even though the schedule is in mess, but good memories.

It is a beautiful hotel, spacious rooms, clean, but a little far from the capital, but there is a bus stop opposite the hotel and near the train station.

it was an OK stay. Room and amenties were fine, nice and clean despite so much of rush. off point : a little far from railway station, there is single bus that leaves from front of hotel to Munich east station (bus no. 190) frequency around 20 minutes +/-. no departmental store nearby, otherwise nice and pleasent stay . No complaints. About service I understand the high peak season had been there, check in could have been more smoother otherwise everyone is doing hard work in keeping up to the mark.

The hotel is lovely! The staff have been great and super helpful, about a 10 min walk to the metro, or a 1 min bus ride to the metro (which is located just outside of the hotel). A little bit out of the centre, about 10 min on the metro. The gym is simple but 24/7 access. The only issue I have is that the room service knocked at 9am on Saturday morning, and again at 9:30. They didn’t replace my empty water bottles during a 6 night stay.

Spa not working, sauna not working. There was a spiderweb behind our bed. The people were okay. Location ok. But didnt recommend it at all.

老實説這是我在海外住的服務態度最差的酒店，歧視亞洲人：這個必須要投訴 1.第一天早上我早上9點鐘就到啦，由於我是早班機起的很早，所以希望可以提早入店，那個女生一直和我説一定要下午三點鐘才可以入住，但是卻給一個外國女生辦了提前入住，被我看到後還是和我説一定要下午三點才可以入住.然後過了一會我看到一個男生服務員，問他説可以多交錢入住卻遭到了那個長髮女生的白眼. 2.房間窗户壞了，房間很熱

位置有點偏，但是交通很方便，酒店門口就是公交站。公交可以做149/190倒車去市中心，路上也有dm，在一個大型商場裏，也算是方便。酒店內部設施非常完善，有自動售貨機，吧枱等等。房間內部空間挺大的，衞生間條件也不錯。我們的房間有浴缸，但由於生理問題沒使用，不知道排水怎麼樣。唯一不好的就是浴缸側面的擋板不嚴也不夠寬，淋浴時水會一直往外面撒，體驗感有點不好。
