The hotel is very nice and clean and the staff could not do enough for everyone. They are so polite and helpful. I will definitely book this hotel again and I would recommend to anyone. It is very very nice and clean. 

Hello hotel location and hospitality very higy I stay 6 nigyt realy I like so much all staf crendly brekfast room have free snacks 4 to 5 e clock free masala tea and smill bite everyting perfect my next trib I want stay same hotel

If you want a clean, reasonably priced but somewhat basic Hyatt experience, then this is a great choice. Staff were great and helpful, and the food was good too.

Not satisfied with the hotel room, plus the hotel is very dirty even the elevators and lobby

設施：5星酒店標準配置； 衞生：每日按時打掃房間，很乾凈； 環境：出行方便，頂樓觀海風景很好，很安靜 服務：非常熱情，因為帶的有小朋友，門衞，前台人員，餐廳服務人員，樓頂帶眼鏡的服務元，餐廳主廚，還有大堂經理，都對我們很照顧，無論孩子走到哪裡他們都會很有好照顧孩子，非常熱情，很感謝酒店提供的熱情服務，雖然已經不是海景房了，但是他們的服務態度讓我認可這個酒店，感謝酒店每日給孩子準備的蛋糕，水果和飲料！

相對提供簡單服務的國際品牌酒店 有一個融合菜的日料餐廳和一個酒吧，有客房送餐服務。附近環境和出行對於第一次到印度的朋友來説不太方便 有頂樓游泳池和健身房設施偏舊

I would highly recommend this hotel, they go out of the way to ensure your stay is as comfortable as can be. The breakfast is exceptional and variety and choice and the masala tea are superb! If ever in Mumbai stay here! The location is perfect too!

Great small hotel with very friendly and helpful Staff who went over and above each time. They were very responsive and the takeaway breakfast and special requests were all accommodated. Recommend staying here. Great location neat Juhu beach.

Please don't buy hyatt dining membership, there are too many strings attached to it. Better you book and then go. Useless hyatt dining club membership. Your membership vouchers are useless. Never buy dining club membership. Sesame restaurant at hyatt centric juhu not participating in hyatt dining membership. Think twice before buying hyatt dining membership.

Very nice hotel & comfortable place to stay with great ambience. Also all staff were very polite , friendly & professional Especially breakfast staff Kartik,Aditya,Delano & the very sweet spoken lady - Rocki Great hospitality Amazing service 👌⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
