I have booked a room in the hotel "mumbai metro - the executive hotel. This hotel has listed three rooms (named deluxe room) on make my trip. Guests have the option to choose either a king size bed or twin bed in each and every room. When i booked a room for me, i selected a deluxe room with breakfast and free cancellation and i also made a few special requests like twin beds (specially, early checking, elevator etc. The voucher of this booking shows standard room but this hotel doesn’t have any standard room listed on make my trip. How did the standard room get printed on my booking voucher? it is strange. Now, the staff of this hotel is refusing to provide me with a twin bed. He is asking for additional charges for the same. The booking voucher doesn’t have a description of specifical request made by me while booking. I am sure that mm t must have the complete information of my booking.

Standard room is very average where you have even no mirror in your room. You need to go to wash room if you want to use a mirror.

BreakFast service extremely bad. Too much mosquitoes at breakfast hall. Too many spoiled dishes are there for whole night outside the hall. Receptionist is always ready to sleep at night . Earbuds in ear and not focusing on customers. Rudely behaviour. Please Focus on these points. Request to the management.

Location is good as airport is nearby. Food is excellent and service staff are very good. Since i went for standard room, the amenities are good. Nearby there are hospitals also. It's value for money

The room was comfortable. The food was excellent, the staff were attentive and well mannered. The fish fingers, prawn koliwada and murgh mussallam and prawn biriyani is a must try, overall good experience

The ambiance is super untidy. The moment you enter on the ground floor reception the mat is full of dust n full of patches. Than the lift is super small only 2 people can fit. When i reached on reception the guy there asked me to wait for approx hrs wherein in my special request while booking i requested to check-in at 10 however i reached hotel at 11. 30 still i am supposed to wait for another 45 min. Moreover the guy on reception was argumentative and wanted to put his point. There were many rooms vacated n he was claiming it is not free therefore u have to wait. Breakfast was super horrible they must have bad chef.
