The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. Breakfast offered with a wide variety of food. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect for a walk around the city centre.

1. The rooms size were too small. 2. No ventilation in the room at all. 3. No sunlight at all in the room. 4. Hygiene in the canteen needs to be improved. 5. Reception staff was not professional

Location 4 star, food na, amenities 3 star, services 4 star. But room size is too small, max 100 sq feet.

Hotel near cst walking distance. Food quality is good. And rooms are cleaned staff are very polite and helpful

Under construction and had strong chemical stench throughout the accommodation and throughout my stay. Poor room service.

Good & attractive reception amenities. Good behivaour of staff and good quality of food. Hotel cleaning is maintained. Suggestion -from make my trip side add-on the option if it possible- during the hotel booking app should asking the guest requirment like which floor you want to stay, window face and etc, resulting guest can more satisfied with there trip.

Instead of spending money on hotel lobby and reception, if they might have spent in hotel rooms, it might be better to stay.
