Our stay at your hotel has been extremely disappointing due to the lack of hospitality and professionalism from the front office staff. It seems as though they are only focused on making money rather than providing a good guest experience. We had requested an additional room next to our existing one, and we were informed that it was subject to availability. However, we were told that if we made the payment, the booking would be confirmed. We proceeded with the payment, and on the same night, we received confirmation that the room was available and reserved for us. The next day, we were slightly delayed in checking in, so we called the front desk to inform them. To our shock, we were told that the room next to ours was no longer available and that we would be given a room on the first floor instead. This was extremely frustrating, as they had taken our money, confirmed the booking, and yet gave the room to someone else. When we returned to the hotel, we addressed this issue with the front desk executive, Lalit. However, he was extremely arrogant and dismissive. He did not acknowledge our concerns, refused to make eye contact, and continued working on his system instead of responding to us properly. This experience has overshadowed the efforts of other departments who worked hard to make our stay somewhat pleasant. We truly appreciate the efforts of Vasant, our housekeeping attendant, as well as the security team sorry I don't remember the names but both in the morning and night shift are the best, Pawan the bellboy, and food & beverage staff, who were warm, helpful, and accommodating. Unfortunately, their efforts were wasted due to the poor attitude and service of the front office staff. We don't want and I understand sir but we expect an explanation and resolution regarding this issue.
