Hotel Bawa Suites

Excellent location. The breakfast spread has improved but I still miss the good old days with hot and fresh parathas being served in the mornings. The hotel is going through some renovation but overall a great stay. Just one complaint - I have had to wait past 2 pm, having arrived at 11 am for check in as the rooms were not ready. Got I little impatient at 2 pm because I saw others who came after me but they had already been allocated their keys. I was with a young child and landed on an early flight hoping for an early check in. We then ventured off for a massage nearby hoping that our room would be ready in time by 2 pm (official check in time). However, it wasn’t ready until 2:30 pm and therefore I will not give full marks for the service.

so I stayed here when I went to India for the first time three years ago during Covid and yes, the restrictions were pretty tight in the country but this hotel made all the difference in there cleanliness and willingness to help in any way they could with anything needed. I needless to say it was wonderful to be able to go back to a place that felt like a second home. The staff is amazing always there to help night or day any hour in any way possible. From the door greeter to the check-in team and most appreciated were the housekeepers and they’re thorough and expedient way of cleaning and redressing the bed. This time my housekeeping, attendance were Sarwan,Sitaram,Suril,Poavin Durai,Sachin and Kishoye. Room service is worth mentioning as well ***** with the kitchen that makes the food. I had a few days where I needed to stay in my room and do some work and they were prompt and the food was well prepared and hot. Oh yeah, breakfast is included in this hotel with a wide arrangement of Indian food and American food and omelettes cooked to order ***** with other American breakfast delights such as pancakes, cold cereal, oatmeal, and I believe even bacon. My hat is off to this establishment and all staff in my second stay this go round. Thank you all very much.

Overall, we had a fantastic stay. Our original room had a few minor issues so the staff was kind enough to offer us another room for the rest of our 2 week stay. We would like to specifically highlight the service provided by the cleaning staff- it was exceptional and excellent in all aspects. The room was cleaned impeccably every day and all surfaces were wiped spotless. Every member of the team had a polite demeanour, paid meticulous attention to detail and were eager to accommodate all our requests. Special mention to Mahendra, Sachin, Sunil, Deepak, Ansel, Durai and Kishore. The front office staff, the breakfast room staff and the security staff were equally professional and welcoming. As a result, our long stay was truly comfortable and enjoyable.

The staff were really kind and helpful. Special mention to the housekeeping team, Mahendra, Suni, Sachin, Duran and Sanchit. They did a great job at keeping my room spick and span after a long day of going out. And even the hotel staff were very friendly and polite.

Great hotel and wonderful staff. Stayed here before and after a wedding out in the countryside. Location is convenient as well, a great place to explore mumbai. Would highly recommend and will be staying here again in the future. Rooms are clean and the breakfast is open early and is convenient.
