The hotel is in good location near railway station.
Food and market is close to hotel.
Service is ok but room is not clean much.
Air condition and shower are good condition.

The room is in poor condition, no water bottle, hot kitten provide, hot water working as well. The room can't soundproof from the other room.If you book with breakfast,they will buy a food from another restaurant and serve you to eat on your room, better go to restaurant yourself. they have elevator but need a service *** to control the door and sometimes he not at the place so I need to walk through the ladder which very dark & dirty. The rubber tiles in poor condition and have water underground. This surround is full of restaurant and just walk 10 minute to CSMT train station.

room space is too conjusted and felt security concern if you are planning to stay with family. further more most of hotel rooms' photos di not match with quality of hotels on the ground. i booked this hotel after feeling security issue with Hotel National - Grant Road when travelled with family but disappointed as observed same concern here as well. Booking amount also wasted as it was non refundable.

the room was not clean. cobwebs around. I was offered an attached bathroom at the time of booking, but had to manage with a shared bathroom

Rooms are small and it is expensive. However they are not providing minimum things. I won't recommend this hotel.

The location is good but the rooms are small in size. you will get half value for money. not a convenient stay.

Hotel is nice and affordable. It's close to center point near fort. Cleaning on daily basis. Staff at reception quite humble. Everything available at phone call. Supportive staff is good. Very cooperative. Overall it's a pleasant experience.

Very small rooms & common toilets. The toilets were clean but the rooms were not that clean. Air conditioning was proper but the corridor was very noisy
