I stayed at the hotel for three nights and they had to be the worst three nights I’ve ever spent in a hotel. Just for background I have been a regular user of this hotel and I have noticed that with every stay the standards drop, on this occasion they hit an all time low. The room we were given had a terrible smell and the stench from the bathroom was so bad that I had to complain at reception, they sent a chap armed with a can of air freshener which made the smell even worse . As we had just arrived from a long flight and were really exhausted I put up with the foul smell for the night and would complain in the morning . In the middle of the night my wife woke me up when she notice a lot of noise coming out by the ceiling near the headboard of the bed which lasted a few minutes, when we looked around we noticed yellow pieces of cardboard stuck down to keep out rats from entering the room as confirmed by housekeeping the next morning . From that moment onwards we couldn’t sleep fearing that these rats may in fact enter our room . In the morning I complained at the reception desk who sent someone to look at the room and confirm our fears and was transferred to another room after a three hour wait . The second room didn’t have the smell of a public toilet like the first one but I noticed cockroaches in the bathroom . In the morning as I was showering one of these must have somehow crept onto the towel and as I was drying myself jumped onto my body , this was the most horrific feeling I have ever experienced. A good and a comfortable stay with ample amount of parking space available at the property. In room dining survive is also good very fast and the taste is also good enough!

The room. Given was great but the flush was not in working condition on a change in room we got another room whr the ac wasn't cooking. However we requested to get the old room back which was done over time. The staff managed well but it would be great if the maintainance is checked. We got everything sorted and had a peaceful stay. Thanks to team

Very very horrible service. Never keep any function. Very poor service, zero value for money. No supervision by senior resort management. Making money only criteria. Late night no transport available At extreme end, no proper lights. Very risky for outsiders

The room was average. Not at all good staff and poor service. Location was also not good. Incomplete information on profile

Unprofessional staff. They don't know how to talk with guests. We had made booking and paid the charges but it feels like they're doing us a favour. 1st experience in my life
