One hairdryer services an entire hotel, passed from room to room. I kid you not. The furniture in the room is as old as the building itself which is both disappointing and fascinating at the same time. For the price, one would expect 24 hours hot water and at least a decent cleaning.

그러나 인도 대부분 호텔들이 오래된 편이기 때문에 특별히 차이는 나지 않는다.

Make My Trip should not take hotels at such rate in collaboration when u are charging 10k per night atleast we deserve good amenities . You say balcony room and then we get normal seafacing rooms

I opted for standard room which i found not to be spacious. However, the location is very beautiful as its just walking distance from gate way of india and the hotel is sea facing. Its just 10 mins by car from cs t station. The food is good not great with limited options for breakfast. The washroom and all are like some sub-category hotels. The floorings are not all good. Overall it was doable but not advisable for great experience.

The hotel is well placed in colaba facing the port. Food from the restaurant is good. The rooms are decent with only some having a port view. Service staff is friendly and helpful. Front desk and billing is not customer friendly. You might take this for a government office reception. If you don't watch closely, does not shy away from charging you with extras. Their booking policy is rigid, requiring upfront payment that cannot be cancel-led unless it is a medical emergency. Except for the location, not enough value for the cost, which probably was spiked up due to mumbai marathon and a coldplay concert occuring in the city at the same time.

Horrible experience in a very old hotel where amenities not working from broken shower , no flush working, no water mostly in the toilets , foul smell in the room and electrical sockets not even working extremely

Breakfast was terrible. Plus, we had to wait for 20-25 mins to get a tea for one person. Location was good buy room was pathetic, ceiling smell was awful and i had to keep the ac and fan on for entire time. Won’t recommend this

The location of the hotel is great. Cleanliness is also good. But the be-sin tab and bed sheet and toilet seat is not good. The lighting in the room is inadequate.
