Hotel refused to provide the room i booked as they confessed that they didn't checked booking information. However they arranged another cheaper low quality room for our stay. Overall behaviour of hotel staffs is friendly. Ambience is beautiful. Thank you.

The room is very dirty and staff was cheat me. Listen to my story. I checked in first night and found that room are really dirty and different from what I see in Trip.com website. No towel , no water even late check in staff always play game. In the morning I decided to check out and book a new hotel without request to cancel since my fault to select this unprofessional hotel. The staff told me he will refund full amount I just need to pay him first night which is 2850 INR. He said I can contact Trip.com to ask for a refund and tell trip due to no room available. I contacted trip.com then hotel said I checked in normally room available and cannot give a refund. *** This hotel is really cheat and still follow up a refund by trip.com staff with just contact hotel. You know people cheated you why they want to refund. No never. I will write email to Trip.com CEO to let's remove this hotel since I don't want other traveler face same problem with me. We are traveler what we want is please do not cheat each other. We travel to your country. You get money already why still want to cheat people to reduce your value.

Hotel is close to gateway of india. Rooms are compact with average facilities. Although make my trip provided package with breakfast, the hotel had no such policy. In-spite of having paid extra for the breakfast couldn't get it.
