The staff is very friendly. English speaking. The room is clean and nice. Food is not variety but good enough for breakfast. Just the main entrance not so obvious and lot of taxi parking outside. Overall is good.

The location is close, thre property is quite new

no shuttle to airport. And i asked staff to call taxi for me but they called their hotel car without my consent

Nice stay...Good location

서비스와 편의시설의 수준은 일반적이다. 식사는 비교적 풍부하고 맛있다. 호텔의 위치가 공항과 가까워 좋으나 지하철 공사로 접근성이 나쁘고 주변 도로가 혼잡하다. 주변에 산책할 공간이 없어서 아쉽다.

設施：部分座椅皮墊脱落，坐上去搖晃不平整，窗户不能打開通風，衹能依靠空調

We live in Mumbai only, and decided to take a staycation at this hotel for celebrating my birthday, ***** with my husband and daughter, in one room with an extra bed. Firstly, our room was upgraded and it was beautifully set up with a lot of balloons, celebrating the occasion, a wonderful surprise, for which I thank the management. We had booked all 3 meals which we required at Citrus Cafe - one of the best decisions we made recently. Excellent food, and what a variety. Even better was the service. I need to make a special mention of the following people: Kahef, at the reception desk Riddhi, Kartik, Reshmi, Swapnali at Citrus Cafe Bijen from housekeeping Each one of them was warm and helpful, making our stay memorable. The ambience was simply beautiful, and my daughter had an excellent swim at the pool. I need to mention the aroma all over the hotel. It was citrusy and refreshing, unlike many hotels I have visited. I thoroughly enjoyed this.

Excellent property to stay in Mumbai. Close to airport. Staff is friendly and very cooperative. Tanya, manager here was helpful. Reasonable rates too. Pool facility available and restaurants are also good. In room dining available. Overall m very happy here.

Housekeeping were lovely and very hospitable, they were very proactive in ensuring that our needs were met .Special thanks to Pratik as well as Birendra and Atul who beautifully decorated the room for my birthday which was a wonderful surprise. Atul was exceptionally helpful in everything also. Restaurant staff were also very friendly and helpful, particularly Ridhi who I could observe in all days of my stay was very active in attending everybody outstandingly. Breakfast buffet was nice also. Reception was good in accommodating our requirements so that we were comfy but there was some delay. It would be good if there was improvement in communication between booking team and housekeeping so that rooms are prepared for exact number of occupants. Overall hotel is very nice and lovely ambience in a good setting and the swimming pool is also good, I enjoyed having an early morning swim and the staff are all so helpful.

Had a great stay at the lemon tree hotel. Extremely satisfied with the services from Pratik, Atul and house keeping manager birendar. Food was also good, i even had time to go to the pool and it was clean. Gym also has all the necessary equipments.

Exceent food, and excellent service from Sukumoe and chef G. Bhowar. Both so helpful and helped with our choices. They were very obliging. It is also a great hotel very comfortable. We recommend this hotel and definitely will come back. Rooms 208 and 210.
