"Firstly, it is a lie that the hotel is fully refurbished. It is not! We were given an old one-bedroom apartment that smelled of sewage. The alternate option, an old studio, also smelled of sewage. The hotel considered this normal and saw nothing wrong with the sewage smell. The lone receptionist on duty was incompetent, unhelpful, and clearly not qualified for the job. We were offered no apology for the situation whatsoever. They were indifferent, telling us that if we didn't like it, other guests would gladly book the room. We decided to check out that same night but were told the hotel would still charge us for one night because we had dropped off our bags earlier through their concierge and simply gone up to check that they were in order. This is truly shocking, considering we had only entered the apartment and left immediately. The hotel has no compassion or empathy for anyone. We are very disappointed, considering we have been regular guests at this hotel for the last 10 years. I would have expected a phone call from the Senior Manager after we checked out the next day. But no one even bothered to call or contact us. No compassion or empathy for their loyal guests. I am still waiting for my refund, even though I paid directly to the property."

Spent 3 weeks at Grand July-Aug '24. From the onset with the online reservation, throughout the stay, the quality of service, responsiveness and courtesy shown by the staff and Manager (Mr Tariq) was absolutely superb. Very good value. The breakfast menu and service was excellent and staff were very attentive. Front desk and management addressed and resolved minor situations very promptly and effectively. Housekeeping did a thorough job cleaning the rooms everyday, and the overnight laundry service was a boon for humid and rainy days with a limited wardrobe... Mr. Tariq was very accommodating with my having to change reservations due to flight cancellations (courtesy Crowdstrike) and he manages a very good team of staff. The day started with a delightful breakfast and it was a joy to be welcomed back by the smiling Mr. Inderjeet. Grand is an excellent hotel, Indian visitors to Bandra know of this gem, it is only a matter of time before more international travellers make reservations harder. Till then I do recommend Grand Residences. Thank you team for a very comfortable 3 weeks.

We have been staying here since more than 6 years and we travel 3/4 times a yr to bombay and everytime this is our go to place to stay. Comfy beds and safe area and hotel. I usually come for couple weeks or days alone and i have no worries on safety. The rooms are big and you have the option of a studio room with a kitchen or regular room or a 1bhk which is a bedroom with attached hall and kitchen. It feels like home. The beds are comfy and rooms are quite big. The balcony view is so nice. After a hectic day you can unwind there (obviously you have to sign a form to open the door for safety reasons it isnt always open). The food is soooo good especially the paneer and dosa in the morning. As for everyone there. You need to meet those listed below to make you feel at home. First Mr. tariq the GM is the sweetest kindest person you will meet who will cater to every need and make you feel at home. Always with a smile and understanding to any situation. He is the main reason myself and so many others want to keep staying here At check in you will meet Ms.Amita who is there in the morning. Its always nice to see her at check ins in the morning for years. In the afternoon there is Mr. prathamesh and Mr. Jeetendra who also are just as friendly and listens to requests. At night there is Mr. Shankesh who no matter what time you see him during the night he will be awake and with a happy bright smile. The breakfast is great, small but perfect spread with all the essentials of a nutritious breakfast, eggs, fruits, juices and proper food with cereals and sandwhichs and nuts and dry fruit. The dosa is yum. Mr. Asit and Mr. Sanjay are always there to take your order and remembers what you need the everyday when you are there. They are ready with what is needed. In the afternoon and night there is Mr. Naresh and Mr. Khalid who even if you call for a small item to eat at night they are ready to deliver with a gracious smile. Not forgetting the house keeping staff who is there right away. And who makes the room clean and there is a lovely fresh smell in the rooms. Finally as soon as you enter and exit the hotel you will always be greeted lovingly by Mr. Inderjeet no matter what time of day it is. Mr. munilaal , mr. Rajesh Bhatt, mr. Ravinder shinde, mr. Ramakrishna yadav is the security through the day who keeps you safe and ensures random people dont enter. Dont forget to meet everyone and have a great experience like we do.

Thank you Dear Tariq Chaudhari and your excellent team for making my stay comfortable pleasant enjoyable and memorable. The hotel is located in a centralised place with all the eateries, hair salon, Embassies are walking distance. Keep up the great hospitality and service beyond self.

Nice Location. close to linking road. Rooms are good and clean. Only Internet-WI-FI slow on day 2 and 3 of the stay. Complained but no improvement. Good range of buffet breakfast and friendly staff. Would recommend this Hotel.

This is a terrible hotel from all dimensions - quality of rooms pathetic - staff is rude, arrogant and harassing - unreasonably expensive I would never recommend a family or even a business traveler to stay in this hotel. You can get slightly cheaper accommodation even in Taj Lands End. DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL.

Stayed for a month. Like most reviews, yes the location is fantastic. But the place needs a lick of paint and mould removal spray. FOH and F&B staff very attentive. Mayuri a legend "Encyclopaedia of Bandra". Shankar another fantastic personality. The guys at breakfast very articulate, jovial and customer focused. Well laid out breaky, serves ample for both local and foreign clients. Gratitude to chef's.. Gym setup - from my experience just right for the place, but nobody services or cleans the place. It took repeated shout out to get some towel and water and rubbish removal. Drawback house keeping - I don't know if the place has a house keeping Manager. The person has to wake up and do some rounds to see what is going on. I would stay at the place when i come back to bombay. Recommended

When I checked in late at night, the AC in the room was not working - called the Reception and they sent someone to investigate. For about 10mins, the chap clicked on various buttons on the AC remote but without any luck. It was already midnight by then and I finally had to tell the guy to please stop and ask reception to give me another room which they refused saying everything was booked and asked me to find another hotel room in the middle of the night. I mean, really?! So I asked them to please at least provide a standing fan which they did. But then they charged my my full price for a room without AC! They refused to give any discount and instead, said next time they'd give me an upgrade - woolly promises for a future that may never happen. Whoa!! In summary, great location but rundown hotel and crap management with no care for their customers. Please avoid.
