This is in a great location. The price reflects the hotel. We wanted a cheap hotel in juhu to just sleep in. That is exactly what we got. In terms of the rooms I’d say they need some updating. Bathroom was outdated and as clean as you can get to just not being horribly dirty. One of the switches on the wall always gave me a little shock when I pressed it.
These are just things I would tend to. This is what I expected for the place.
Staff was nice and helpful though, and they never sent in house keeping without asking me as I walked past the lobby area.

The staff was really nice and is very willing to help you. The room was clean.
Besides being near to a beach, the area the hotel is in is not that good. Near it are a few businesses that play very loud music every day, 'till about 1.30 AM. Add to that the location near the airport with planes taking off and you're in a very noisy area.
I guess the building and rooms of the hotel once were very nice, but nowadays it exudes faded glory. Much is looking old and not well taken care of (e.g. water taps, toilet, doors, old sheets, wood). After a few days, you can get used to that, but it exudes decay.

Its my 3rd visit to mumbai but this time i was very satisfied from hotel stay very comfortable stay good people very good staff behavior and very good location. At beach side. And also tasty and delicious food.

The room doesn't have even basic facilities. Instead of hotel, we should call it as a lodge. No soaps, shower was not proper, room was extremely small. No own restaurant but they will bring from outside wich is too much cost. For only dinner they took around 1900rs. Just took one fried rice, one noodles, and two starters. They charged 70rs per one water bottle. So be careful on that.

The hotel location is excellent, but i think it’s a budget hotel in any other cities, no restaurant in the hotel, they don’t mention that they have two night clubs besides them which are so adjacent to their property that you feel every beat, the music goes on till 2am in the night on friday to sunday. I went for a buissness trip and i am a noon drinker and not pub going person. So horrible experience not to sleep both nights properly i stay. Overall very bad experience

Room & bathroom was too small. At this price, room is not justified. Taken the charges for 7 year old kid also but condition of the room & bathroom is not able to stay. I have paid in advance otherwise i must change the hotel. This price is only for location (juhu beach) otherwise cost of the room is 2k in mumbai

The most imp thing was location..just 200 meter to juhu beach...main road loacation...food options are also very near to hotel.. perfect for family and buisness Trip.

we had a comfortable & cozy stay at hotel beach garden. hospitality was good, restaurant & room service was also well managed. receptionists & hotel staff was very polite & supporting. ambience near the reception area during evening was very elegant. highly recommended ✌🏻
