Booked a double room. Paid approx 11000 with taxes. Allocated room size wise was good. Interiors looked dated, bed & mattress was worn out. Paid for double occupancy. There was only one towel, one hand towel and no floor mat in the bathroom. Called twice and requested for the same and it never came. They only available single towel too was worn out. Never again booking

Nice room its a bit big and stuff are nice very friendly so many small store also outside

I visited Ginger hotel Andheri East MIDC and stay was for 4 days I found the front office employee name Lakshmi was having great hospitality mind set and she was following all the process what the star hotel should do it was approx 11 pm even then she was very energetic , Also I found there was guard at entrance door his name was vipin he was also very supportive and polite . Ginger leadership team should be proud of them and I must say both of them are the asset of this hotel ... Kudos to leadership team for creating and developing such a fantastic team around

Service is excellent. As specially Sujay and Aaradhya Kumari both are very polite, and well behave. Dhabba paneer taste is so yummy and delicious. Hotel Food is yummy as usual. I stay here for a week. On reception Ms.Payal is very much coopreative. Next time will definitely stay here.

Good stay for long stay and family but not for one or two night stay . Rooms are big but area not so good and parking But everything was ok. Staff are friendly nature and helpfull and I would like to thank chef Suraj And other team also all are good .

Stay was good but area is very horrible for family and single traveler and new for mumbai Staff very helpful and coperative bur service little delay. apart from serice and area everytnhing was good, ....................................

We had our Annual Community Day function at this restaurant. The seating & dining layout of the restaurant was prepared as per our instructions & on time. The ambience was warm, inviting and perfectly clean which added to our comfort. We were pleasantly surprised to be welcomed with a rose🌹 & a refreshing watermelon mojito. The lunch buffet was delicious, as per Chef Ankur's recommendation we went in for Chinese, Indian & Goan dishes which were all good The staff was attentive, polite, and always ready to assist, making sure we were well taken care of throughout the function. We really enjoyed ourselves and played a few games. Would like to place on record the hospitality & service of all the staff at the restaurant. Will definitely consider having more functions at this place. Highly recommended.

I'm giving because of their staff behaviour staff and friendly nature. Room furniture is vert old and need to improve. And no parking facilities. This are the major challenges. They only upgrade main entrance, I would like to thanks Carol and team.......................

Hospitality is good. Neat and clean. Behaviour of Sandip is outstanding. Room is also satisfactory. All are with smiley face which is very rare in this world because everybody has forgot to lough. I wish to stay here again. Only the room tariff is little high.
