During rainy season， noticeable moldy odor persists despite sprayed perfume. AC ventilation spreads foul smell throughout the room. Poor air circulation hampers customer comfort

The bed sheets are old, worn out, and dirty. Even the towels aren’t cleaned properly. The rooms are small. The wake-up call doesn’t work, even though you registered for it in the reception while checking in.

There is nothing good about the hotel. The staff is very unfriendly and not understanding. The rooms are smaller than what they look on the website. The food is not good.

Close to the airport, easy check-in. No concerns at all. The room is a bit small, but for one night it works.

It needed three attempts to be able to open the door of my room as visibly the battery of the door lock was not working anymore. The floor carpet in the bathroom was dirty. The internet was working intermittently switching on-off from time to time. Except for the location close to airport, I do not recommend this expensive hotel for one night stay.

They need to verify the rooms for situations like this and repair. Also, there was fungus in the room, which we reported.

Location is good, facility is good. Bath room have glass window but cannot open. After taking shower, the room will have the smell of water. Others are quite good. Price is reasonable.
