They upgraded to room with 2 single beds without any additional fee! The location is great! Room is clean and tidy! Great values for staying here! Nice and helpful staffs!

Rooms are too small, rooms are not highly maintained. Compared with price, expectations don't match.

I stayed here for the second time, this time for a longer duration due to an emergency. The staff has been incredibly helpful and kind. I’d especially like to mention chef prathamesh and kiran for making really tasty food. Overall, i’ve had the best experience here

Team members forget instructions. Receptionist tries to make unnecessary conversations. Rest all okay as per budget hotel standards

Great location , nearby prominent market places and gateway of india , hotel staff is very supportive and co-operaative , they provided early check in without extra charges thanks to Ms.Sushma . Hotel is overall value for money. No need to think just book without worries you won't regret it. Again special compliments to Ms. Sushma for exceptional and prompt response.

Tiny rooms with barely any space to move. Toilets are even tinier. No dry and wet zone separated. Once you take a shower the whole toilet ( it is barely 6x4) gets wet and it takes a long while to dry. Overall a very basic business hotel. The rooms are okay for a single traveller but strongly discouraged for family travellers. Overall not a value for money proposition at all.
