My wife and I both recently stayed at Lemon Tree, Kalina with our baby, and it was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. The staff’s kindness and attention to detail made all the difference for us. A few things worth mentioning: 1. Super Clean: The entire hotel, including our room, was spotless. As parents with a baby, this gave us real peace of mind. 2. Amazing Service: The staff were always so responsive. Whether we needed a crib or just had questions, they were always ready to help quickly and with a smile. 3. Family-Friendly: They really made sure we were comfortable. Little things like providing extra towels, helping us warm baby food showed that they genuinely cared. 4. Welcoming Atmosphere: We felt right at home. Everyone was so friendly and we also got a hotel tour which made our stay more enjoyable. 5. Great Breakfast: The breakfast had lots of variety and the staff were happy to accommodate our special requests. We left feeling refreshed and grateful for the care they showed us. It’s not often you come across a place that treats you like family, but that’s exactly what staff at Kalina did.

Had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet at night. Breakfast had a decent selection, and the bar was a nice spot to unwind.Would definitely stay again!

My stay at lemon tree was exceptionally pleasant, with a standout feature being the incredibly friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience; the rooms were impeccably clean, modern, and well-equipped, and the location was perfect for exploring the city's main attractions, making it a truly enjoyable stay overall.

I stayed there for 2 weeks with my friend. The stay was very comfortable with all necessary amenities. The staff was very friendly and always had a smile on their faces. Amazing hospitality. We both slept so well every night. Giving a 4 star due to the size of the room. Other than that amazing stay.
