I’m so sorry, but I’m going to start with the negative because I feel like it’s so important to mention: One side of the hotel is only a few meters away from very busy train tracks. I cannot stress enough how close they are and how loud these trains are. The windows provide excellent sound absorption and the room had a wonderful air conditioner, so you can keep the windows closed at all times and not be suffocated. However, I am extremely noise sensitive and would not have been able to sleep in that room, which I realized a few minutes after checking in. The receptionist (owner?) was absolutely lovely and charming and immediately gave us a different room, smaller but on the other side of the hotel, away from the trains. The rooms themselves were immaculately clean and very attractive and comfortable. Both bathrooms had sliding glass doors, which I personally am not a fan of: If you go to the bathroom in the night, you can’t turn on the light or open/close the door without disturbing your partner. There’s no elevator, so be aware of this if you have heavy suitcases. They were very friendly and accommodating about allowing us to check in an hour early.

They have very comfortable rooms, (but no lifts and weird door locks where you need the key to lock the door when leaving the room). Staff are extremely helpful and obliging. Breakfast is simple but all needs are catered for and requests fulfilled easily.

Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und unternimmt alles, um den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Der Gast wird wertgeschätzt und bekommt bei allen Fragen und Wünschen die bestmögliche Hilfe und Unterstützung. Sogar nach dem Check-out aus meinem Zimmer wurde mir für eine Telefonkonferenz noch ein separater, ruhiger Raum zur Verfügung gestellt und ich wurde mit kostenlosem Kaffee versorgt. Das Hotel ist günstig zur Innenstadt gelegen.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, Personal sehr behilfsam, und jeden Tag eine sehr saubere reinigung. Es gibt Parkingplatz für Gäste. Hotel ist nur 10 minuten zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Nur schade das es Bahngeräusche gibt. Aber mit geschlossener Venster war es für mich kein Problem !

Sehr schön eingerichtete Zimmer, hell, geräumig und modern eingerichtet. Alles sehr sauber, freundlicher Empfang. Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Parken am Haus war direkt möglich. Das Hotel ist aber auch per ÖPNV gut zu errichen. Wir kommen gern wieder.
