The hotel wifi is horrible!!! Better to go to Starbuck to get the wifi connection. The location of the hotel is good with many nice, good restaurants nearby, all within walking distance The swimming pool is on the 2nd floor and you have to walk across the building to go to the pool which is so inconvenient. The swimming pool is pretty bare with no facilities The lobby area is quite miserable with limited seats. There is a bakery store and Starbuck is within the lobby area. The room is clean but a little old, need to do some renovation to improve on the outlook

Value for money. Will stay again. Highly recommended

One of the better hotel nearby as there are very limited options. Consider ok for the bed comfort, aircon, cleanliness and location.

Very clean and silent rooms. There were some issues with the lights and the telephone also was not working. Good breakfast and service.

The staff were all friendly and gave us service with a smile. Although, we hoped that there would be a way to make the room warmer, we felt too cold. We have already shut down the AC but since there is centralization of AC, the coldness from the lobby and next room seeps in our room. The staff was kind enough to send us the maintenance guy but he couldn’t do anything for us. Also, we saw this property from Agoda.com and it was stated there that there was complimentary airport transfer but actually there was none.

Good location everything u need in the same biilding

Location is perfect cleanliness was good but the free wi fi was useless. Do not expect a working wifi from the hotel please manage yourself. Breakfast looks like first come better serve. If you are a bit late then you will miss the choices.

it is very convenient, located in the centre. Shopping mall is near the hotel and we can easily get good food in the neighbourhood.

The hotel quite old but the cleanliness acceptable. Room are big, but the facilities are out dated, old fashioned tv box, the mattress and the pillows not so comfortable. The wifi connection in the room very very poor. Spoke to the staff about it but no action taken. Room included with the breakfast, but the food for breakfast like for lunch item. More to the main Chinese dishes cooking like sweet and sour fish, beef rendang, 3 types of stir fried vegetables and cakes for the dessert. Hotel location was great. Nearby with everything like eateries places and shopping mall.

Nice place to stay. But no Netflix

Although the building is quite old but everything is great and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is ok. Location is very convenient. Near to many restaurant, mall and even supermarket

Big room. Good location as there is a shopping mall nearby, a supermarket and various eating places and near to the night market. The breakfast place is upgraded compared to when I last stayed there 7 or 8 years ago. But TV channels are quite limited in selection.
