Royal Nozha

An honest review Arrived at the Royal Nozha hotel on Saturday 30 August 2025 ready to check in to be told they had double booked our room so they had no pool view room available, but because of this would upgrade us to a suite. Wasn’t overly bothered but ended up just me and my daughter in a 5 bed room. The rooms are ok, the pictures definitely make them look better than what they are as the finishing touches are not great, and are very outdated but not the worst room either. Beds were super hard though so if you are used to a soft bed be warned. Towels were changed every day which was good. Says ont he website that they have a hairdryer, tip of the day, bring your own as they are very old and don’t work well. On Day 2 of being here, came up to the room about 10.30pm to be greeted with no water in the taps or to flush the toilet. Reported it straight away and by 11.45 still nothing so had to go back down and report it again. Around 12.30am the toilet flushed. This happened again on day 3, 4 and 6which was resolved quicker but very inconvenient and quite annoying being 4 times in 7 days. so if you are on the 3rd floor (5000s) be warned. Staff were mostly friendly, the entertainment team are nice and bubbly, however the actual entertainment was not the best and people would leave some of the shows whilst the show was still ongoing. Pool is a good size, always got a bed but was at the end of the summer holidays. Kept clean and the pool bar was open all throughout the day. The beach bar which is located right outside the back of the hotel, with beds were nice, if you love a beach then that is a great addition. Food was ok, breakfast probably the worst for us, being English it wasn’t the nicest, but plenty of fruit and yoghurt if you are picky. Lunch and dinner were ok, we always found something to eat but again, not the greatest selection and very repetitive. Plenty of dessert selection though. Snacks were mostly pizza/burgers/rolls and pancakes. The waiting staff, some were very friendly some not so much, but if you are willing to tip you definitely get a better friendlier service. I would say that this was not a 4 star hotel, maybe 10 years ago but more like a 3 star, and could defo do with a bit of a revamp, as it’s outdated and worn in a lot of areas. Overall we had a fair enough holiday, would I come back here again, I would have to say no, but it certainly wasn’t the worst place I’ve stayed. If you are looking for the 4 star treatment, then this is not for you.

Had an amazing stay here I would like to thank all the team from the cleaners, garden maintenance. Chef, bar and restaurant tenders, the fantastic entertaining DJ and all in animation Team. A warm thank you especially to my number 1 woman Gee Gee she works with kids club she’s so kind and genuine as well as my lovely Amine he’s soo funny he keep you smiling he’s on animation Team. Animation crew are very friendly, night entertainment is very funny and not boring they get the crowd involved to keep everyone feeling welcome rooms are very clean and food is decent
