Absolutely amazing holiday and hotel. All the staff are so attentive and helpful. Soulef our house keeper was so incredibly friendly, helpful and always made our room look so pretty, thank you so much for all your hard work. The hotel is clean and well looked after. The pools are great, good size. The slide pool was a great hit with our children and the indoor pool gave us some welcomed shade at times. The food is delicious and offers so much choice. The themed nights, particularly the tunisian night were fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Recently visited Tunisia for the first time and was so glad I did! This hotel has everything you need! From the minute you step off the transfer bus the staff here can’t do enough for you. Welcome drinks on arrival, we had about a 45 minute wait for our room to be ready but that wasn’t an issue we were told to go and get ourselves some lunch. We were in room 3207 and it was perfect for 3 adults and the view was absolutely stunning, room was cleaned every day with fresh towels aswell! Plenty of choice at the buffet restaurants and a different choice every day my only issue was that they didn’t have cards to say what some of the dishes were, drinks and cocktails good also but not a lot of choice for cocktails but we didn’t mind too much. The hotel itself is spotless and there is staff constantly going around making sure it stays that way, the staff in the restaurants and bar staff work so hard all day long to make sure everyone is happy special mention for louey who always made sure we were topped up with our drinks, pool area is great and plenty of sun loungers for all. Special mention to the amazing animation team especially Zizou and Shiro you guys were great at keep everyone entertained and involved! Overall it was one of my favourite holidays and I cannot wait to return very soon!

Wow this hotel will certainly be rated a 5 star in the near future. We arrived on a package holiday with TUI on AI basis not quite knowing what to expect as it’s been around 5 years since we were last in Tunisia. On arrival we were greeted by a pleasant man named Tarik who made us smile and laugh whenever we walked through the beautiful hotel Foyer also Sameh both were so nice to us. Mohammed the reception night manager has such a calm pleasant approachable manner he helped us after we we got locked outside on our balcony the night we arrived This was such a scary experience we didn’t know neither were we told don’t close the door if your on the balcony OMG I closed the door to stop a moth at night flying into the room - the door would not open once locked out we tried ringing the hotel on our mobiles no one answered the telephone , I was crying & panic began to set in so we shouted for help at 12pm After a while of no one hearing us another holiday guest just happened to hear us far away across the other side of the outdoor terrace area We were on the top floor like them After 1 hour help came let themselves into our room and opened the sliding doors what’s huge relief for us We spoke with Mohammed and the Manager of the Hotel regarding our scarey experience. We suggested that some sort of notice on the wall near the sliding balcony doors may help to prevent this happening again, He reassured us that something was going to be done to warn guests not to close the doors when on the balcony Both apologised for what happened to us, which was welcomed. Food is amazing huge fresh fish cooked on open grills in front of you wow the king Shrimps were beautiful. A new beach terrace eatery had just opened before we left it was lovely the beach is guarded with security & had a safe feeling Showers are power-full with plenty of hot water We made friendly contact daily with Salma the cleaning lady who cleaned all day around the pool & outside toilet areas - along with Ashraf the pool life guard both lovely people who we talked to every day If we hadn’t had the scary encounter on the balcony honestly we could not fault this hotel We will definitely be returning.

I’ve done a few all inclusives over the years and this is right up there. In fact I think it might be the best! The hotel is clean. The rooms are spacious. The shower is too powerful. The food is varied, local and tasty. The local beer is cold and strong. The pina coladas are lush. Gorgeous pool. Sandy beach. Football on big screens in the bar. The staff are next level. Our food waiter, our drinks guy, beach security chap, the animation team - all made us feel welcome and included from day one. Thank you! Easily the best £500 I’ve ever spent.

What can I say the most amazing hotel and staff. They all work tirelessly day in an out to ensure the best stay. From the moment we walked through the door the reception staff greeted us with smiles and drinks (always a plus) the cleaners work so hard and the hotel is spotless. The thing that makes this hotel is the bar staff and entertainment staff they are both amazing and our holiday would not of been the same without them. They couldnt of done enough for us on our stay so much so were hoping to come back in May. Special mention to Yahya who made every day and night the most enjoyable day and constantly made sure our drinks were filled. The animation team... wow they are the most hardworking group of people I have ever come across . Alex, Blacky and Zizou along with the rest of the team made our holiday, theyre talent is outstanding both myself and my partner built up an amazing partnership with them. Both the bar staff and animation team are a credit to this hotel and anyone who is considering booking would not be disappointed. See you in May Nozha Beach!

All the staff are amazing they will help you as much as they possibly can they go above and beyond to make guess feel welcome. Our mattress wasn’t good for my back the first night and the reception staff done everything they possibly could to make it better. The hotel is very clean. The cleaners and waiters were so helpful. Entertainment staff were all very friendly. The spa was lovely and very cheap. The food was a little repetitive towards the end of the week but it is an all inclusive hotel but there was always something for everyone every night. Weather wasn’t great everyday but we still enjoyed our stay, Overall a wonderful stay we all enjoyed it and would definitely return
