The home offers large, bright bedrooms, a formal living room with new couches, a formal dining room, casual dining next to the kitchen, and a separate TV room with new sofa-bed. Enjoy easy access to the outdoors from the master bedroom, living room, and TV Room to take in the views. New for 2025: If you book a party of 9, 10, or 11… you will be given access to a large, remodeled one bedroom apartment one level down from the main house ( King Bed, twin cot, living room, 3/4 bath). Cane Bay beach is 1/4 mile down the maintained HOA road ... you’ll find a great beach for sitting/swimming/snorkeling, a scuba dive shop, and multiple dining options such as The Landing, Off The Wall, and AMA.New split air conditioning units (with remote controls) cool the house in every room. New screens added to sliding doors also to allow you to keep it more natural in the cooler months by just using the ceiling fans. The gate, exterior parking area, and lower stairs to the water pump/water heater room have motion activated security cameras for your safety.
