We are located above Dolores, Colorado lucky us we have a view of mountains ranges, we live on 75 some acres you can roam on, walk out to the edge of the rim and see the whole town of Dolores. Upstairs are 2 spacious bedrooms. One bedroom has 2 sets of sturdy bunkbeds (safety rated up to 400 lbs on both upper and lower bunks) and a double bed. The other bedroom has a queen bed and a private balcony overlooking the back patio with stunning La Plata Mountain views. Guests can enjoy these views from a small patio set on the balcony. The upstairs bedrooms share a full bath complete with a shower/tub combo, heated tile floors, and marble countertop. The open floor plan downstairs hosts a large Italian leather sectional sofa, a 58" smart TV, 2 reading chairs, a futon, a full 8-10 person dining table, and a wrap around massive kitchen with breakfast counter. You will also find a 1/2 bath at the base of the stairs. The back patio is accessible from a door by the kitchen/dining room and sits directly beneath the massive kitchen windows. A comfortable loveseat and 2 chairs overlook the entire property and the La Plata Mountains. Everything in this house is brand new. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and has a Kucht Professional Series range for exceptional cooking. There is a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and huge wrap-around granite countertop with breakfast bar. The kitchen is stocked with coffee, tea, hot cocoa, spices, and basic cooking/baking necessities. All pans, pots, mixing bowls, utensils, etc are available for use.
