You will also find a 1/2 bath at the base of the stairs. The back patio is accessible from a door by the kitchen/dining room and sits directly beneath the massive kitchen windows. A comfortable loveseat and 2 chairs overlook the entire property and the La Plata Mountains. Everything in this house is brand new. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and has a Kucht Professional Series range for exceptional cooking. There is a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and huge wrap-around granite countertop with breakfast bar. The kitchen is stocked with coffee, tea, hot cocoa, spices, and basic cooking/baking necessities. All pans, pots, mixing bowls, utensils, etc are available for use.
