We love dogs, and Durango is super dog friendly with countless activities here. But for this unit, ONLY 1 DOG is allowed **with pet fee.** {If you have a dog, be sure you add the pet fee to your booking.} Dog must not be left home alone or bark a lot, as there is a rental house above this unit. **If more pets are brought in, it will result in a $300 fine. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up all pet waste and for any damages caused by pet. STUDIO 203 is close to ALL the hiking, biking, water fun, and more! The Studio has a Queen size bed. Full bathroom has everything you need (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, lotion, linens, hair dryer, etc.). Please note - due to the small space, the shower is quite small but definitely does its job. The Studio also has a kitchenette with a 4-burner cooktop, microwave, mini-fridge, eating ware and utensils, pots/pans, paper towels, napkins, a coffee maker, coffee, and more. Everything you need for a comfortable stay!PLEASE NOTE: When the upper house is rented out during your stay, there will be some noise due to people walking on the deck above, etc. This space has more of an apartment feel, so if you are looking for complete silence, this may not be the place for you. It will be a bit warm in the summer but not unbearable.
