To avoid wildfire risk: NO Smoking, NO outdoor campfires, NO target practice, NO hunting, and NO fireworks. All above are prohibited on the property. No pets allowed violations a fee of $500 plus for deep cleaning due to allergies in addition to $40 a day of reservation.In the summer, up at the house outside temperatures can be 10 degrees cooler than in Boulder. The skylight has a screen and is operational to open and bring cool air in and release heat. There is a good selection of restaurants, shops and art galleries.
