Open the patio doors to a stunning courtyard perfect for gatherings, with breathtaking mountain views from every angle. Relax in the hot tub, gather around the fire pit, or enjoy meals at the spacious outdoor dining table. Inside, each of the 4 en-suite bedrooms offers comfort, and the garage is set up with a pool table and yoga mats for extra fun. PARKING - Up to 4 cars can fit on the driveway, 2 in the garage. - No street parking. - Max # of cars: 6 PETS - 2 pets are allowed at this home. But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. We are unable to accommodate cats due to the owner's severe allergy. Appreciate your understanding! - If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without our approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. **Please Note:** If you plan to use or rent an ATV during your stay, please be mindful of noise levels and potential disturbances to neighbors. We are Kieran & Laetitia and live in Los Angeles with our two little girls. Kieran works for a major record label and Laetitia works in finance for a digital agency. We’ve always had a passion & love for traveling, meeting new people & experiencing new cultures all around the world. We first visited Joshua Tree in 2018 and immediately fell in love with the beautiful & extreme landscape of the Mojave Desert. We were also blown away by the calming effect the landscape, the wildlife, the sun, and the stars had on us mentally and physically --- and knew immediately we had to create a sanctuary of our own to share that experience.
