Lovely hosts, breathtaking views, comfy bed (except for the bedding - only 1 sheet & a doona) & nice cooked breakfast but that’s about it. The room was dusty (fan & louvre blinds which were also broken), cobwebs on walls/ ceiling, dirty under bed, noisy fridge & the worst was the mould in the shower recess & on the ceiling in the shower. The whole bathroom was quite unclean. Definitely not worth the money if you expect to stay somewhere clean. Even the outdoor table & chairs were dirty too.

Our lovely host Jilly met us on arrival and showed us through the B&B. The room we stayed in (Daintree) was very spacious and comfortable, with our own private balcony to relax on and enjoy the most wonderful view. The guests expansive lounge area was cosy, (complimentary Port was available), and looked out over the rainforest and valley below. Mel and Jilly prepared an excellent hot breakfast and fresh fruit, yoghurt, juice and coffee. We enjoyed our overnight stay, and Jilly and Mel's wonderful hospitality. Thank you both so much.

Jilly and Mel you were wonderful and perfect hosts ..everything was beyond our expectations .. the 5 star breakfast will be unforgettable .. although it was only a 1 night stay it was the perfect relaxing place for the 4 of us .. we will recommend your wonderful home as often as we can .. love Helmut & Alice & Desiree & Glenn

This is really a hidden gem! It was beyond my expectation, and I was so delighted with the stay. Felt so welcoming by Jilly and Mel when reached. Stay in the oriental room, which is a very good size. Cozy and equipped with everything needed. The breakfast prepared by Mel deserved a 5 star rating! Strongly recommended, and I would love to return again. They also provide lots of information for nearby restaurants and tourist attraction too. So this is really a great place for a relaxing and peaceful getaway. Love it!

Sadly the new owners do not offer the same quality of service and those lovely touches that made it special as the previous owners. We used to go every year for a romantic getaway. We wont bother staying again.

Above & beyond what we were expecting! Fabulous stay at this secluded little gem. Peaceful cosy home from home with a little magic & Spectacular views. We were made to feel very welcome during our short visit. Full serviced breakfast included was exceptional! We will definitely be returning.

We used two rooms over our stay. The Daintree Room was 5 star and the Mediterranean Room not far behind at say 4 .5 stars. Our hosts were impeccable p welcoming warm and accommodating fro anything we required. They were flexible and did all they could to make our stay as comfortable and easy as possible. The breakfasts were as good as any restaurant leaving us wanting for nothing and the views over the rainforest were to die for. This is one of the best BnBs we have ever shared at. Highly recommended.

We have just spent 3 nights staying in the Daintree Room and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Jilly and Mel are very accommodating and make sure every guest is looked after. Two other couple were staying at the same time as us, using their other themed rooms. The breakfast is to die for, with everything you could wish for on the Breakfast Menu, including beautiful fresh fruit, and hot food cooked up by Chef Mel. You won't be disappointed staying there and see the beautiful surrounds of Mt Tamborine.
