Pleasant (Old Mt. Pleasant/Old Village) in the heart of Mt. Pleasant only 2.1 miles to Sullivan’s Island (beach, food and entertainment), 1.5 miles to numerous restaurants and entertainment places on fun Shem Creek, 2.9 miles to the Isle of Palms (beach, food and entertainment), 4.1 miles to downtown Historic Charleston and minutes from several top golf courses (Patriots Point is less than 3 miles) and marinas. The home is located within blocks of restaurants, taverns, grocery stores and shopping. You can have it all without the much higher prices on the Islands, Mt. Pleasant Hotels and Downtown Charleston Hotels. Located just off Ben Sawyer Boulevard within close proximity to Coleman Boulevard, Highway 17, I-26 and I-526 in a tranquil, safe and established neighborhood "Old Mt. Pleasant". The home features 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with queen size beds / 1 bed with a double size bed) and 2 full baths. The kitchen features an eat-in area with a small bar area. The proximity to local beaches, Shem Creek, Historic Charleston, all sorts of outdoor water activities, the best food and entertainment the Lowcountry offers and competitive pricing makes this home the perfect vacation get away. Also enjoy Old Mt. Pleasant by taking walk or bike ride to the Pitt Street Bridge overlooking the Charleston Harbor or parks that are all within a short distance. *Note: The property has 2 driveways which can hold 2 cars each (4 total) and a gravel parking area along the street for 1-2 cars. So, there is parking for 5 cars easily (maybe 6 depending on the sizes of the cars). A 27' boat or camper or smaller should fit. At this time we do not have any bicycles, however, there are several rental companies in the area. If you would like bicycles, please let me know and I will consider getting some in the future.
