Rooms were reasonably clean. But bed sheets and linen dirty with stains. Rooms were of poor standard. Needs major renovation. There was a dead insect on the pillow. The only positive thing was the view out. Lovely view when breakfast out in the open.

we have tried to call but no call was Answered also we tried to modify the booking but the documents not submitted as We were medical emergency In family so we were not travelled
when we try to book new booking alwas The app is work but when we tried modify its not support

great staff, good food(takes a bit more time to prepare than usual),good rooms, great view. the experience and the atmosphere is amazing. I would recommend this place who wants to have a chill time

no complimentary water bottle, no phone to connect to reception, I booked 2 rooms in wash basin only hot water tab is working cause of which I burn my hand, no toilet washer tab is working. charging this much for the room and this much terrible service i experienced first time ever.

The stay was good and the room could be better the cleaning was a slight issue and the bathroom a bit smelly but over all the satay was good the staff was friendly and polite.

Not the best too cold in the rooms both rooms had insects. They upgraded us to delux room due to noise of rats. Bed bugs found in the rooms poor quality mattress. Charged 1000 extra for providing heater for two nights. Service was good food was good. Overall no recommended.

The hotel is good, ambience, veranda garden view, open space, food is all good. But when it is chilling cold outside and you want to take bath with hot water in the bathroom, expect to get just 1 bucket of luke warm water that too after a wait of 30 mins. I was alone staying in the room so could somehow manage but if you are a couple or family, be prepared for cold water bath challenge. I can say this because i stayed for 3 nights and 4 days of bathing, shifted 2 diff rooms but its the same. Thank you.

I would like to share my review of the hotel. My experience was absolutely excellent. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality and professionalism of the staff. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The food was delicious, offering a variety of options to choose from. The ambiance of the hotel was pleasant, creating a relaxing and comfortable environment. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience.
