Aparthotel Page 20 housed inside a legendary "book house", Page 20 apartment hotel is located in Moscow's Arbat District.This L-shaped,resembling an open folio, 26-story apartment tower was built in 1968 and is one of the finest examples of postmodernist architecture in Moscow. After renovation in 2018, the technical equipment and interiors of the building were transformed, while maintaining the innovative spirit and concept of a place where it is pleasant to work, create and relax.
Page 20 sits on the magnificent New Arbat street.There are many cafes and shops near the hotel, and famous theaters and museums are easily accessible on foot. So, a walk to the Kremlin, the Cathedral of Christ the Savior, the Red October art cluster or the Pushkin Museum will take no more than 20 minutes, and a 15-minute drive to the Moscow City business center or Zaryadye Park. And if you don't want to go anywhere, watch the city from a bird's-eye view directly from the windows of your apartment.
The Page 20 apartments are available both alone and with friends, a large family and with children. We offer our guests six types of rooms from 25 to 65 m2, from a small studio to spacious three-bedroom apartments with two bedrooms and a living room. Each room has a kitchen with a full set of dishes and all kinds of utensils, panoramic windows with stunning views of the city. The apart-hotel Page20 has a 24-hour Room service. Guests are offered a lot of useful and pleasant details that you usually won't find in a hotel room an audio speaker with Bluetooth, dumbbells and a yoga mat, a washing machine, paintings, books and flowers.
Page 20 has an intuitive approach to each guest, lightness and unobtrusiveness. Just contact the reception in the lobby of the 20th floor or contact us in any convenient way. Excellent location ! Fantastic view! Прекрасный город и гостеприимный персонал. Удобное расположение позволяет прогуляться по центру и посетить самые топовые места в городе ! Много бесплатных дополнительных услуг которые предлагает персонал отеля .

Отличный вид из окна, хорошее расположение, близость к метро и к центру города, отзывчивый персонал! Полностью обустроенная кухня со всем необходимым, две ванных комнаты, так же имеется всё необходимое. Прекрасная кровать и раздвижной диван.

Отличные апартаменты в центре Москвы на Новом Арбате а 20-м этаже. Жили в трехкомнатном номере семьей с 2 детьми.До Кремля 10 минут пешком,на 1 этаже здания разнообразные кафе и рестораны, супермаркет "Перекресток".Можно попросить подзорную трубу на ресепшен.Кухня оборудована всем необходимым,но мы не пользовались.Все чисто и стильно. рекомендую

Отличный отель! Прекрасное месторасположение. Все на высшем уровне. Большие панорамные окна, очень красивый вид! Чисто, уютно, стильно, в номере есть все. Очень понравилось! Благодарность дизайнерам, создателям и работникам отеля!)

Собирались в Москву с годовалым ребёнком, нужно было где-то остановиться. Отель нашла, загуглив "лучшие отели Москвы" 😄 Цены и расположение приятно порадовали, относительно недалеко от центра. Вроде бы неприметный отель встречает очень качественными красивыми номерами. В них есть все, начиная от ложек и кастрюль, до посудомоечной машины и даже игрушек для малыша. Очень приятный интерьер, шикарный вид из окна с 20 этажа. Отзывчивый персонал, всегда ответят на вопросы, помогут. Очень советую путушествующим, соотношение цена-качества замечательное👏👏👏 ребята молодцы, знают свою работу!

Лучшие апартаменты! Сбилась со счёта, сколько раз выбирали этот отель! Проживали в разных номерах и могу сказать с уверенностью, что в любом из них есть абсолютно всё необходимое и даже больше! Дизайн и чистота удивляют каждый раз! Вежливый персонал встречает всегда с бокалом проссеко! ( по желанию конечно 😀). В номере комплимент- капсульный кофе и разные вкусняшки. Обязательно ещё вернусь, надеюсь не один раз!!!

Останавливаемся в этих апартаментах столько раз, что сбились со счета!!! Снимали номера от стандарта до люкса! Высшая оценка! Эргономика на 💯 удивительным образом вмещается всё необходимое и даже больше! Дизайн продуман до мелочей! Всегда комплимент в номере, от вкусняшек до Чехова 🙏 всегда приветливый персонал встречает с бокалом проссеко! Чистота и спокойствие, уют от которого не хочется уходить! Вид из любого номера нереальный! Спасибо за гостеприимство! Мы вернемся ещё не раз!!!!
