衞生來説我覺得滿意，服務也很有禮，打電話要水也都很快速，並且給好幾瓶，我們在沙發上加了一套床鋪給娃也沒有收費，這個酒店我覺得很神仙了，去地鐵站走路5分鐘，就是5號線的共青團站，希望大家玩的開心，我比較推薦這個酒店

酒店裝修很新，除了不幫忙拿行李以外，前台笑容很好。離地鐵站不遠，旁邊就有超市，樓下也有早餐店。早餐自助餐很豐富，咖啡也很好喝，住了一個禮拜，每天都也打掃衞生，後面行程改變也溝通可以退一晚非常。總體滿意。

Отличное расположение отеля, особенно для тех, кто прибывает на «Сапсане». Кроме того, в пешей доступности находится станция метро «Комсомольская». Номера хорошие, в них есть все необходимое. Персонал дружелюбный и услужливый. Вокруг отеля расположено множество магазинов, салонов и т. д. Хочу выделить самое важное для меня в этом отеле: ЗВУКОИЗОЛЯЦИЯ! Просто потрясающе. Спасибо тем, кто об этом позаботился. Попробуйте оставить окно приоткрытым для проветривания, а затем закрыть его, и вы почувствуете разницу: в комнате абсолютная тишина. Кроме того, я никогда не слышала никаких шумов между комнатами. Короче говоря, за эту цену отличный отель.

酒店位置非常好，原本計劃定兩個晚上嘗試，後來就直接連續，住在這裏了。房間夠大，配套實施非常好，交通方便到火車站地鐵站衹有幾分鐘的步行距離。值得推薦。斜對面的火車站是直接到達聖彼得堡的火車站，附近有超市，銀行，整體體驗不錯

出行還是方便的，前台和工作人員英語都能交流，房間和早餐提示都帶中文，出門左手邊過對面馬路有一家肯德基一家土耳其烤肉可以改善一下胃口

感覺不好，服務差勁，感覺不值，飲食欠佳，從萬豪整體水平來説，莫斯科萬豪肯定是不值得入住的，四晚住下來，第一天入住剛進門沒20分鐘就被敲門和直接開門問是否需要清理房間？真黑人問號臉~第二天一早電話響好幾次但無人説話，接着就是九點出頭被一個男工作人員敲門索要visa，真是讓人無語加氣憤，因為第一天辦入住時候掃描了兩遍，不明白為什麼大早上還來敲門，遂拒絕。 下到前台溝通了解才知道第一天的操作都沒有保存下來，所以為了給我們開居住證要重新看visa，這個服務水準真的讓人跌破眼鏡。然後敷衍地説贈送水果也沒落實，第三天去告知續住一晚且房型不同，對方默認按最低房型處理，真•裝傻第一名。開新的居住證要去前台三次，才得以完成，因為是俄文還存在搞錯。退房的時候問是否入住滿意，很難滿意吧，門口的門僮是負責玩手機不會幫任何忙的，搞衞生要自己去前台説，每天早晚走道聲音很大，每個房間開關門聲音也大，電梯很難等而且慢，早餐 2500盧布一人卻毫無特色，就感覺能不選萬豪還是別選吧。
