Hello to the esteemed management of Novotel Moscow, I am guest Saja Al-Mutawa. I would like to inform you of my extreme dissatisfaction with the receptionist Varvara's treatment of me upon check-in. My reservation was from 6/18/2025 to 6/22/2025, two rooms for four people, reservation number (). The full amount of the stay was paid via Trip.com. My flight was delayed, so my check-in was delayed that day. This was a delay from the airline, and I bear no responsibility for it. I arrived on 6/19/2025. I contacted the reception before that, and informed them that I would be delayed about four times, and the employee told me that it was fine as long as the reservation was paid. I also contacted the Trip.com app, but upon arrival at the hotel, I was told that the reservation had been canceled!! How I contacted you several times and each time I was told that my flight was delayed and my reservation was paid for. After many attempts that lasted for hours and I explained my situation that I was with an elderly person with cancer who was receiving chemotherapy and was very tired, our passports were taken and we were given rooms. I am very upset with this unprofessional treatment and will not give the hotel a good rating despite my great satisfaction with the place and rooms.

酒店位置絕佳，在商務區邊上，周邊大樓林立 客房設施就是典型的商務型酒店，過得去 在店裡，吃過早餐和午餐 早餐含在房費裏，餐食一般吧，種類不是很多，填飽肚子沒問題 午餐有點貴，3人，12000盧布 不過那個周邊消費都很貴 晚上出去逛逛，很熱鬧 地鐵口邊抽着煙邊唱歌，歌聲不錯

Ооочень понравился отель!расположение супер. Дети живут бесплатно, завтрак в том числе. Это очень удобно. Номер хороший, вид был на внутренний двор! Тишина и спокойствие. Поздравили с днем рождения.

展會期間，很多酒店房間售罄，或者漲價，能在短差回來在CBD這家酒店訂到2晚真是幸運。位置遠勝第一天，性價比超高，房間寬敞明亮，出行便捷，步行可賞最fancy的街景、夜景，地鐵可方便接駁。早餐品類豐富，可以滿足口腹之慾，還很悦目。 如果説找缺點，大概就是葯丸式牙膏，讓我太不適應了。

這家店對我來説很舒服，在莫斯科，性價比算是比較高的，樓下吃飯的地方多，位置好。 早餐很好吃，尤其是蒸餃

這應該是我在俄羅斯為數不多的住的酒店體驗比較差的之一 服務：辦理入住應該算是我在莫斯科住那麼多酒店最快的一次，這一點是給好評的，酒店的房間整理中規中矩。 環境：地處莫斯科CBD中心區域位置是比較不錯的，酒店環境也符合4星的標準。 衞生：房間裏的衞生狀況也很不錯。在莫斯科四星以上的幾乎沒有住過比較不舒服的。 設施：這一點要着重説一下扣分也主要是扣在這裏，第1天辦理入住之後，房間裏沒有暖氣，這在我所有住過的莫斯科酒店裡麪是唯一的，並且那個空調衹製冷導致我第2天直接被凍醒。第2天聯繫了酒店客服，需要更換房間，但是客房服務衹給我派了個工人維修修也沒修好，最後給我拿了個電暖氣插上，我一個南方小土豆，讓我到俄羅斯這種凍**的地方去還沒暖氣，是想要0分嗎？房間的主要佈局沒拍照片，放點桌子上面給毛子送的禮物照片算了。

酒店在莫斯科CBD中心，距離會展步行5分鐘，參加會展很便利，旁邊就是商場，用餐非常方便，商場地下就是8A號線地鐵，方便出行！
