Comfort Suites Morrow- Atlanta South

住了幾次這個品牌，覺得可信賴度高，綜合評價不錯。今天的房間乾淨，床舒服好睡，但是浴室裡的水龍頭有點問題，操控不易，應該要更換了！

We stayed here a couple years ago and the rooms were really clean then and they are now. Probably the best breakfast buffet at any hotel. The scrambled eggs had cheese so they weren't dry. The fried potatoes had onions and peppers in them so they were really tasty. You could get turkey or pork sausage. The personnel were very friendly and accommodating.

This hotel provided me and my family a great experience, we’re from out of town, they welcomed us with open arms. This location has a hot breakfast to choose from. An indoor pool that’s open from 9am to 9pm. Housekeeping was wonderful. This location also have Cracker Barrel near by.

My stay at this hotel has been incredible; the manager Michelle is crazy but very helpful. Her staff is very professional and cares a lot about their guest's stay. I will recommend other guests to stay at this hotel. Great staff and very quiet…

I love this hotel ! It’s hard to come by a affordable hotel that was this clean, the receptionist was very nice and sweet & the housekeeping staff was very friendly! The swimming pool was clean and fun i loved that is located on the inside of the hotel

On our way to Florida and stop that Comfort Suites in Morrow Georgia. Front desk was very nice. Food was good. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool. I will make sure on our way back from Florida. We stay at this hotel again very nice atmosphere love it.

Let's just say worst ever because I think I would have got better customer service at a motel 6 or something..... The manager was very rude, I would never stay here again.... I cannot begin to tell you how dirty the room was was and customer service is awful.... I was late because I was suppose to check out that morning "It was 7 am" check is at 11 am but I'm locked out.... I asked CS to let me in, it took the longest for her to respond she takes the key and she goes up stairs to let me in the room to get a few things by then I was super late. I was so late for my appointment that I had to leave my stuff and come back which caused me to book an extra day, because I was waiting on customer service to let me in my room and she took her precious time which really set me back so when I get back to the room that evening I had a small encounter with CS the light skinned "color lady" I think she may be the assistant manager I'm not sure but she was very rude, quiet rude it's not my fault that the system was down and I really could have done without the attitude because I quoted her on a price I was asking about my room she suggested copying my credit card.... because I said NO she would not let me in and she got rude ....I don't let nobody make a copy of my card because you cannot trust everyone. So since I would not let her make a copy of my credit card information. I had to sit in the lobby and wait an hour to get in my room to collect my things. This is my very last time staying here oh and the breakfast is awful. Don't ask for a wakeup call because you will never get it.

Tried to save a bit of money and booked at this Comfort Inn. Reception was good, and that was it. Room was disgusting. Cracked sink, closet door falling apart, bathroom door falling apart, tub stained and extremely slippery. Pillows were tiny, no Kleenex (box was empty). Free breakfast was ok, but not enough chairs and tables. Coffee was mud. Spend an extra $20 and go to the Hampton Inn.

The hotel appears to be nice enough. The gentleman at the front desk was helpful and personable. But the rooms were disappointing. After first glance in the bathroom you can see there’s been years of water damage from the bubbled ceiling to the layers of repaint on the door to the detaching vaneer on the vanity. One mattress was so shot you sink down in it and feel like you’re in a bowl. The other mattress offered no real support so I woke up with a sore back.
