Where do I begin after returning less than 24 hours from this hotel... The rooms are a of good size and basic and are fit for every purpose necessary however we had trouble with getting access to our room numerous times! One time we do believe the door had been tampered with as the plastic was smashed all over the floor meaning we had to leave our room unlocked all night and day while for it be repaired with all our belongings in the room, Key card had to be reset numerous times and we found this a common issue with everyone! Cleaned once in a whole week! No towels replaced until I went reception to request clean towels! I booked the holiday through love holidays they were advertising air conditioning ( I have screenshot proof) the rooms Do NOT have air conditioning they charge you €2.50 per night none refundable for fans that are about as much use as someone blowing on you all night. The fact they don't refund you the deposit money is disgusting in my personal opinion. The service that we received in this hotel was terrible expect from one young receptionist Noah and a barman I didn't manage grab his name and the entertainment man! They were far too good for this hotel! Everyone else was rude not interested in what you had to say at point I got told to be quiet for laughing at the bar with a fellow British man which completely stunned me been told to be quiet on my holiday is disgusting by a female member of staff behind the pool bar! The kids are not allowed floats and balls in the pool due to previous guest complaints which after speaking to the friendly members of staff they agreed with myself it's a joke! Now the positive thank god for the good location it saved our holiday we were able to find great food local and things to do and walk it really did save our holiday highly recommend the Dock Grill and the Waikiki on the beach front! I definitely will not be returning to this hotel they do not cater for English they aren't interested in the English and you are the minority so if you English I would highly not recommend this hotel!

Very basic chilled hotel. There is no entertainment during the day and only once a week in the evening. There is only one small outside bar. The food gets very repetitive with not much choice. The food is cold and has very little flavour. The location is good with lots of shops and restaurants near by. The beach is just across the road and is beautiful. We hired a car which was very reasonable and meant we could explore the island and avoid the lengthy transfer. It is a three star hotel and you get what you pay for. Overall it was a good cheap week away

Value for money, basic but clean, but food terrible, but we knew that as it’s our 3rd time of going, location is why we go, but there menu, and quality of food leaves a lot to be desired, so we won’t return, the hotel is 1 minute to the fabulous beach, and 3 mins to shops etc, no noise on night, very quiete,

We were pleasantly surprised from start to finish and had the best relaxing break. From a warm friendly welcome at reception (which smelt amazing every day - what was this please?) to the large room with pool & sea views. We ate really well - small suggestions: more chicken breast, cheeses more than once a week & scrambled eggs daily? Maybe fill the shower gel in bathroom & cleaning staff check the hand soap & loo roll as part of your checks? (We had to keep asking reception but these were minor oversights) Overall we were delighted with everything. Loved the unexpected’Cocktail of the Day’ on the AI as we thought no cocktails on AI so this was lovely. Well done to all the friendly hard working staff. The pool area was throughly cleaned every day (the pool guy cleaning the pool with the big pole v early am did waken us up daily as he talks non stop & really loudly!) We will be back in Nov or earlier!

Just back from a really relaxing lovely stay at this hotel, & we had a wonderful week. If you're looking for 5star luxury, this isn't for you, but if you're after a friendly, wholesome family holiday, this place is perfect. The hotel is in need of a little improvement in places, but it's clean, our rooms were cleaned daily, the pool area is lovely with plenty of sunbeds, the staff were all so lovely & friendly, & the choices of food at the buffet restaurant were great. The beach is a five minute walk away, with plenty of beds & a beach bar. It's quite a drive from the airport, but it's a lovely, friendly little hotel, & we would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday.

Very clean well maintained Hotel. Not too big. Very clean pool and surrounds. Sunbeds comfy as was bed in apartment. Very quiet at night. This Hotel is very suitable for adults not so much children. Nothing for them. We were all inclusive and always found something we liked to eat. Yes the food wasn't hot but that didn't bother us particularly. Excellent salads and fresh fruit and the baked tomatoes were gorgeous and sweet. Excellent bread too, particularly liked the walnut loaf. The bar at the pool is the only one with music on a Wednesday. The Hotel is close to shops but there aren't many restaurants nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday.
