滿意，又續住了

I stayed for one night and had a pleasant experience from start to finish. We arrived late at night and were tired, and the front desk personnel kept the check-in smooth and easy. The room was clean, modern, and comfortably furnished. The complimentary breakfast the next morning was a great bonus—plenty of choices including eggs, muffins, fresh fruit, and coffee. Overall, it was a short but memorable stay.

I’ve stayed at a lot of Bonvoy properties over the years, and a couple of other TownePlaces, I can easily say that this is one of the best. It’s a super clean, fresh, and modern facility with an excellent location. The customer service throughout my stay was excellent, and while not amazing, the breakfast was more than acceptable. As for my two queen room, the kitchen was clean and well equipped, the closet was extremely functional, and the dining table was a nice touch. The beds were clean and comfortable, and all of the furniture and electronics were in perfect shape. The HVAC worked well, and the bathroom was spotless with one of the nicest showers I’ve encountered recently. Overall, I could easily recommend this property to anyone in the area, and don’t let the airport name fool you, it’s also an excellent jumping off point to see Raleigh and Durham. Of course, no property will ever be perfect, and I managed to find one thing to ding them on. The coffee pot in my room had clearly not been cleaned from the previous guest, but given how clean the rest of the kitchen/room were, I’m willing to chalk this up as a fluke.
