Lime Tree Hotel & Resort Goa

Went by the good reviews but it turned out to be just average. 1. Rooms are of decent size and offers good sleep quality. 2. Food items prepared at the in house restaurant are tasty and decent portion size with reasonable price. 3. Breakfast options are ok. 4. Decent size pool. 5. Has decent parking space for both two and four wheelers. 6. Front desk tries to help when possible. Things that need serious improvement - 1. Washroom exhaust - it becomes stinky at times. 2. A few exposed wiring lines and sockets need to be closed - shock risk. 3. Pool water too much chemical - they need to maintain the water quality properly. 4. AC didn't work in the first room - An over smart staff tried to trick us, thankfully we persisted and the manager changed the room. 5. Almost all channels are non-subscribed. So despite having a good TV, it remains unusable. 6. Daily room service are only on-demand. So you won't even get your refill of tea/coffee or water bottles if you haven't asked for it. It's bad. 7. Room service forgot to replace the towels (all). We had to ask couple of times and then they sent beach towels saying towels didn't arrive from laundry. 8. They definitely need someone to better manage the music at restaurants. It's just horrible. Overall a place with lots of potential but at this moment very poorly managed.

it was a very good experience , excellent staff, great services, i would love to come here again .I recently stayed at this hotel and was blown away by the exceptional service and luxurious accommodations. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable, and the room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience."
