The Palms

房間不隔音，隔壁放個屁都能聽見。另外每天晚上都有歌手在大堂那裡唱歌，好大聲音好吵，一直要到11點多，他們不停你根本沒辦法休息的。 收拾房間，不是不給浴巾就是不給牙刷，我看就是故意的，希望客人打電話叫人送，好收小費，這也是蘭卡酒店的通病。 酒店有點老舊，但是房間裏面沒有紙巾，沒有拖鞋，這是什麼情況啊。

It has the clean beach and rooms and I like the view of the rooms,and nice persons with good behavior the pool and the yard is so good and everything was fine to me and my family, the restaurant was good but it’s a little hot so the foods and dessert wasn’t ok because of the weather.

My grandma has already visited Sri Lanka around 27 times, trying a lot of different hotels. Since she visited this hotel for the first time, she has never wanted to go to another hotel. Like that, this stay was her seventh at "the palms". This trip was my second ever to Sri Lanka and my first at this hotel. We were all-inclusive for 15 days and to already let you know- it was not our last time! First of all, we were greeted friendly by the receptionist. A few minutes later we were spoiled with a delicious mango juice and another few minutes later, we got to see our room. All our baggage was carried to our room and arrived a few seconds after we got to see our room. We had an amazing view of the beach and pool area (attached picture). The room itself was clean and decorated with beautiful flowers on the bed. We also enjoyed sleeping in this bed, although we usually prefer sleeping at home. Our room was cleaned every day by very kind housekeepers. Especially Ruwan and Vimukthi did a great job and we were happy about their service. We also enjoyed the creative „towel-animals“ (attached picture) they made for us. We got excited to see our room after breakfast every day (I never thought I'd be saying that)! We also liked the elevator, although it closes a bit too fast, you should take care while getting in. Some people who made this stay so enjoyable were the receptionists and their great service. We had a few minor problems with our airline and one of us suddenly caught a cold. The receptionists were very supportive and helped us through any possible issues. They did care about our well-being and asked multiple times if we needed anything to make our stay more pleasant. Once again, thank you! The food was delicious and as a vegetarian, I found a lot of options at the buffet. I recommend trying out the Dhal curry because I ate it almost daily with rice and naan bread. You should also try their „devil cakes“, they taste amazing. I personally also appreciated that the signs on food containers showed, whether or not something was vegetarian. Like that I always had a lot of options! The restaurant manager Dinesh also ensured, that no culinary (extra-) wishes were unfulfilled and even offered us an exclusive dinner at the beach. Thanks for this amazing service! The staff in general, waitresses, and barkeepers turned this vacation into something special. They were always smiling and made great drinks - with and without alcohol. A special thanks go to Chamama, Udara, Ruwan, Nimantha, Kanishka, Adeesha, Hansani, and last but not least Chanula. You made it a memorable time and we enjoyed every single day we spent at this place. In case you are still unsure, whether or not you should save your stay at this hotel - let me tell you to just do it. Money comes back, but memories don't. It is a beautiful country, the hotel and staff are amazing and we honestly enjoyed every day.. We can only recommend this hotel and since we got home, we have already star

The palms is a great holiday place for people who want a place near the sea. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite comfortable and clean. Also the buffet was delicious and has a large variety of dishes. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel had a unique style with a beautiful view to the sea,you can go to the beach front it and have fun,the staff are so cute and helpful with a very good manners Unfortunately, the buffet food options did not suit me……………………………………..

I recently stayed at the palms and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional staff. From check-in to check-out, everyone was friendly, efficient, and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. Special thanks to Udara, Nimantha, Ruwan, Kasun, Hansani, and Adeesha for their outstanding service. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with beautiful views. The food was delicious, and the restaurant and bar staff provided excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a warm and welcoming experience.

I visited the place with my family and colleagues. The hotel is located in a beautiful place, you can feel the calm atmosphere since it’s carrying beautiful garden area. In addition you can feel the beautiful beach. Staff also very supportive and friendly, specially the restaurant staff. We had a very convenient room. Following are the negative points I must mention, Cartoon channel not provide in the television, I asked from front office they didn’t even bother to provide (attitude towards local gusts) and Room was cleaned though the wash room need some touch.

We would like to thank you for this week. Every body was very professional and attentive. Always a smile and a nice word. It's a good thing to find women working in the hotel too. Thanks to your restaurant team too and Digna (Hostors / FIB team) for her attentions. Perhaps one thing could be improved : would be to leave information in the room about the organization of the hotel, the services offered (e.g. laundry, places to visit or how to go to the town, plan of the town, and where, information about the Spa, if planned events or entertainment, etc.). We discovered this information as the week went on and asked but maybe if we had all the information at the beginning we could have enjoyed more things. We received no explanation when we arrived from you or our driver/guide. For one week, only one medium swimming pool, so we need to have more information about things to do.

My wife and I have just returned back home after spending two fabulous weeks at the Palms Hotel in Beruwala. From the moment that we arrived till the end of our stay, the Management and Staff, treated us with immense kindness and love. You don't like a guest there but like a member of the family. It is a wonderful hotel, in a great position, overlooking the sea. From here, you can go to various places or just chill out by the Pool and I'm sure that Saranga, the Pool man, will give you 5 star Service. In the Restaurant, you will be treated like Royalty, where Dimesch, the Restaurant manager and Thaksila, will look after you really well. My wife and I celebrated our 30th Wedding anniversary on the 17th June and Dimesch organised a special Table for us and what a night it was. Chanula, our special waiter, looked after us really well. We even had a trio musicians, playing Congratulations at our table,while we were cutting the cake , kindly offered to us, with the compliments of the hotel. It was an unforgettable evening and experience. One thing that we have noticed is that our Room man Ruwan in Rm 309, cleaned our room thoroughly and everyday, he used to decorate our bed with flowers, petals and decorations made with towels. But for us, the cherry on the cake was the beautiful Reception girl, Madushanki,who stole our hearts and sh even cried when we were leaving. We have travelled the world but we have never seen so much love from the staff as we seen at the Palms Hotel, so a big Thank you to all the Management and Staff Lots of Love and Best Wishes Emanuel and Maria Portelli.
