Wonderful stay at the Nivah hotel. The manager Yatteendra was so helpful and welcoming. The food was delicious, he brought us some local cuisine to try which was a lovely gesture. The building itself is incredible, like stepping back in time. We would happily stay again

Was an exceptional property to stay at when I was in India for business for a week. The manager, Yatteendra bhatt, was exceptional, and taking care of all of our needs. Extremely communicative, understood the nature of my stay, and the things I needed to be reproductive. The grounds are breathtaking, and I would suggest this property for business or pleasure.

Elegantly appointed old world property. Incredible value for money. Even the pictures don’t do justice Also a very kind and thoughtful front of house who showed us around and made our stay delightful, thank you. (sorry we couldn’t say goodbye we were confused)

travelling across the world has its advantages.one discovers places...not space.This is one of those places.An immediate connect.Frozen in time.Very little no of rooms but attention to detail is amazing.Reminds one of the era bygone.Carefully preserved and lovingly maintained.Bhatt Sahab,the manager is an additional asset.This is a place where one can just sit and have endless cups of tea and nothing..be with oneself.Many thanks.

This is an absolute gem of a place, the manager is the kindest *** and very professional. Everything was tidy and clean. The staff was very accommodating, especially if you communicate what time you will be needing things. There is delicious food in house and the grounds are beautiful. I would stay here a thousand times if I could!

You'll be grateful to have found Nivah once you arrive here. It is unquestionably the best place to stay in Moradabad and it is a delight to escape to its quiet confines after a day of doing business. My only hesitation in writing this review is that I will reveal the best kept secret of Moradabad, but at the same time I'm happy that others will get a chance to stay here and meet the manager, Yatteendra, and the rest of the team. The staff here will provide everything you could possibly need from meals to laundry service to whatever you should require. Speaking of meals, the food is excellent and even the coffee is great. Fresh fruit is always available. The beds are comfortable and clean and the rooms are quiet. This place is a family treasure passed down through the generations. It has been very well taken care of, and I hope all who come here will appreciate the opportunity to spend some nights here. Please be good to the home and its generous caretakers who will treat you like an honored guest from afar.

We stayed there for 5 nights and everything was perfect. From the cleanness and treatment were amazing. The owner was so friendly and staff were amazing. You feel completely comfortable and at home. Location was also in the middle of the city. Highly recommended.

Probably the best night's sleep I've had in India. This 110-year old former governor's house oozes with character and the owners CV and Sushma are extremely hospitable and chatting with the over dinner about the history of their ancestral home and on India in general was delightful. Gorgeous gardens, attentive staff and great food.
