Hotel has Roaches, lady at front desk was rude maybe because we were the only blacks people at the hotel…. Will not return anytime soon

My husband and I had a great stay. The front desk staff he is friendly and very helpful. The Rooms are very clean and the beds are perfect. We will definitely be going back.

The location was very convenient for a traveler. Also, the staff was very helpful and friendly, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Could not have asked for anything better than the nice warm breakfast that awaits you in the morning.

We enjoyed our visit. It was for 2 nights and we went to see our son play in the OU band during one of their football games. The location was excellent (next to I-35) and around 15 minutes to OU and also not too far to OKC in the other direction. The prices were great (especially for a football weekend), the staff were very friendly, personable, and accommodating, and the breakfast was standard, but good. We also passed by the indoor pool several times and it looked very inviting (unfortunately, we didn't have time to use it). The only issue is that some aspects of the hotel (like the rooms) are somewhat dated, but all is kept very clean and comfortable.

The trip was a part of a long trip. I don’t find any best western like this bad. The breakfast is awful. Very thin waffle syrup for waffle making. You will find worlds awful waffles finally. The coffee, bread, muffins are also bad in taste and cheap. Room was disorganized and no cups for coffees.

This is an older facility in need of updating. But, the price was reasonable, the beds were comfortable, the room was clean, the Internet reliable, the breakfast was quite good (except one day of our three-day stay when they were out of scrambled eggs), the indoor pool looked inviting and the location was very convenient.

The location was easy to get you off the expressway good location, near food and shopping venues. The rooms were very clean plenty of hot water. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
