Constance Moofushi

Wow… we were recommended this resort and it did not disappoint. From the second we landed at Male to the second we checked our bags on the return the excellent Constance staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Food is excellent, especially if you love fresh fish and the bar service was great too. An absolute paradise resort. No shoes for a week just soft sand and warm gin clear water. Excellent snorkelling. Wife loved the spa. This trip was for a special birthday. It made it so memorable that we will be coming back in 2027 for our 30th wedding anniversary.

It was truly remarkable how you remembered our preferences. These little details made us feel so personally cared for. The snorkeling and dolphin adventure were definitely a highlight—not just because of the beautiful marine life, but because the whole team was so fun and friendly. We didn't just have great service—we felt like we'd made real friends! What stood out most was how every single team member - from the housekeeping staff who kept our villa immaculate, to the chefs who delighted us with exquisite meals, and the front desk team who greeted us with genuine smiles daily. Your collective efforts made this more than just a holiday; it was a deeply cherished experience. We'll definitely recommend this place to everyone! This was our first trip to The Maldives and was going to be a once in a lifetime to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. I watched so many You Tube videos and read so many reviews in order to pick the best island for us within our budget. We could not have picked any better. We have been blown away by our stay. Everything was just perfect. Food - is phenomenal. Even the buffet is up there with the best food we have tasted. The AI includes a visit to the Alizee restaurant which was amazing. Service - the staff just cannot do enough for you. We wanted for nothing. Too many to mention but a big shout out to Gopan and his team who work tirelessly to ensure you have the best time. Snorkelling- we have never snorkelled before so can’t compare but the house reef was easy to get to and we felt safe. We saw lots of beautiful coloured fish and sharks. Excursion - the dolphin cruise is included in the AI package. We were so lucky to see not only spinner dolphins but also pilot whales. We were a little bit worried about being bored but there was so much to do, ie water activities like paddle boarding, kayaking and also lots of games to play. There is also evening entertainment which was great fun. We are leaving an island which we thought was a once in a lifetime holiday knowing that we will have to come back one day and we’ve never wanted to visit the same place twice. Everything about this resort is perfect and amazing! We enjoyed every second of it and we are already planning when we can go back! We went there for our honeymoon and it was PERFECT! Shout outs for the staff that were super attentive and nice: - Anna and Deborah gave us the most amazing massage in the spa, I highly recommend getting one with them! Also the man that works at the entrance desk (sorry we didn’t catch the name) was super nice and helpful! - Dr. Ali helped me sorting out a cold sore I got during the holidays! He was really helpful and made sure that I had what I needed, being really attentive and dilligent. - Ricky and Hishan were very friendly and lovely to be with. Hishan went out of his way to show us where we could find bio plankton on the island and this was an unforgettable experience. He also went the extra mile on several other occasions, for example recommending the best place to see the sunrise, and we are so grateful for that. - Fede from the diving centre was lovely! Everyone was increible. The resort also had lots of excursions… , we saw sea turtles, manta rays, nurse sharks, reef sharks…. We highly recommend doing snorkling extravaganza, one of the most amazing experiences of our lifes! Also the bbq fishing dinner watching the sunset and then later on watching the stars was incredible. We ate the fish we caught immediately on the grill and we have never tasted something like it! Then the captain let us star watch on the roof of the boat and it was magical. We really cant speak highly enough of all the staff everyone was so pleasant. From Jack cleaning our room to BD and Jambe on the boat, everyone was so warm and friendly. We stayed 2 nights in the water villa and 4 in the beach villa and we recommend both places! The buffet and the food options are endless! Super tasty food! We recommend also having lunch at the Totem bar with a nice mango mocktail! Best we ever had!

We just heading back from 12 days of holiday at the Constance Moofushi in the Maldives. The hotel,staff,amenities,food,beverage and last but not least the location are absolute top class. The hotel offers an all inclusive a lave holiday only and at first we were a bit hesitant as we wouldn’t normally choose this type of package. Although I must say, it turn out to be an excellent choice. The variety of food and beverage didn’t disappoint us with different theme every night. The hotel went through a renovation of the room and the new look is outstanding. As we were at the resort before we got an upgrade to a suite waterfront villa with a balcony and a lounge area. Fabulous. But what really made the experience outstanding has been the staff starting from the welcome team, moving to the waiters team, the fantastic service of the cleaning team, the excursion team and for last the coach at the gym JB. Being a gym fanatic I always choose a hotel with a decent gym facility as for me it is essential to stay on track with my training regime. The gym is well equipped and spacious with most of the machine and free weights you need. JB is a wonderful coach, helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. All in all I would recommend the resort and the island without hesitation. Fantastic place and most important great staff.

What can I say I have waited a very long time to travel to the Maldives so expectations were extremely high, and boy were they exceeded! We stayed over Christmas and new year and what an absolute pleasure the only down side was it just wasn’t long enough I could have stayed a month! From the wonderful staff to the most beautiful island and the amazing food we couldn’t have asked for anymore, I can’t wait to return We stayed in one of the beautiful senior water villas and grateful to have the opportunity to see such wonderful sealife from the deck, as well as a trip to see a pod of dolphins, we were lucky enough to be there for the New Year’s Eve gala dinner and all I can say is wow what an experience- what the staff were able to achieve was astonishing and the food was wonderful there wasn’t anything I would have changed during our trip. Lastly I want to thank the staff with particular mention to those that looked after us so well - you do make the difference so thank you to Sinaz, Nitin, Gopan and Maverick - we will be back I promise!
