Had a great time. Beautiful spacious room. Great view of an autumn New York. Enjoyed an early morning swim. Watched the Mets play and win to get into the playoffs, on the giant bar screen and a quick dip in the hot tub before bed. Thank you Cynthia and all the staff.

I made a reservation in for July 21-22. I got there late on July 21 at 7 pm. after a long visiting day at camp. The nasty front desk person told me that they didn’t have the room for me that I reserved. I was furious and told them that they cant do this and asked to see the manager. He then told me that they have a room, but it needed to be“made up”. I waited one hour at which point my sister went over and blew up at them. They didnt care. The room that i booked fir $449,00 was now going to cost us $690.00 with all the fees they added on. It was now 8:30 pm and they wouldnt nake any accommodation due to the delay. The checkout time the next day was 11 am and we still hadn't gotten a room so we decide it wasn't worth staying and we left. I will never stay at this hotel, and I would recommend that anyone trusts the hotel to stay there.

I stayed at Resorts World Catskills 5/25-5/28 and 6/1-6/3/2024. The staff is friendly and attentive, Kimberly was so helpful in extending our room daily. When checking in late because of work and driving 4hrs to be at this beautiful hotel and to have Kimberly there was just such a calming and welcoming experience. She was so patient and friendly absolutely the best service!!! I was here for two occasions and both times it was a pleasant and seamless experience for us. Kimberly understands the importance of a warm welcome and treating people with respect and kindness. She is an amazing person and the hotel is fortunate to have her! The rooms are large and very comfortable The indoor pool and hot tub are very clean and comfortable and I was able to unwind and rejuvenate! Christian u have great house keepers in the Adler 4 the floor great stdff.everytime we visited always a pleasure ty you all for a wonderful trip see u nextvtime just gotta save up some more money btw foods great but u guys need a microwave in the rooms

The Gift shop downstairs, near check in, gave me the friendliest customer service. Lisette and Stephanie helped me with wine selection, advice, and tips. The resort was beautiful and so was the room. I would highly recommend coming here to anyone.

Hotel gave us the exact same room on the 18th floor as last time which we very much appreciated. We asked for housekeeping between 11am and noon on the second day which we were told would happen. On the second day we took a long beautiful ride through New York into PA . FAll in this area is fantastic When we returned to the property about 1PM the room was again not attended to just like last stay just three weeks before. My wife went down to the reception desk and this time they sent housekeeping to address the room. The gentleman who attended to the room last visit once again did a beautiful job It is frustrating that housekeeping did not come when promised.

We had a great stay here, I do wish there was more to do as a family but the hotel was lovely. The room was huge. It was very clean, staff was good to us too. I love the sensor for the light under the nightstand. The food in several places was very good (service was ahh) but overall we were happy and would return.

Really lovely spot but special mention to the staff, everyone I interacted with went above and beyond to be helpful. Shoutout to Darell K and the others whose name I didn’t catch that were so helpful and went above and beyond at the front desk. Really appreciated and stand out service

We stayed at the Alder part of the hotel across from the main hotel. Got no directions to that building, the entrance door would not open, told it "sticks". The room was large enough and surface cleaned, when you looked on the side of the bed, the carpet was dirty. No coffee creamer and no microwave. Every time we wanted to go to the ******, pool, or restaurant we had to go outside and walk to the main building. The pool was not warm but very friendly man putting beach towels away. The 24/7 Bistro was very expensive, and the food was not good. Hostess had no smiles and, on her phone, but the waitress was super friendly and helpful. Not much restaurant variety and again very expensive. Had to order out for last dinner. ****** was good but no incentives for first visit or continued play. We will not be visiting again. We also wanted to pay cash for our hotel room but with a $200 deposit we were forced to pay with a credit card.
