Sea Lion Hotel

Servio ottimo, personale molto gentile, educato e disponibile. L'ubicazione della struttura sul mare é molto suggestiva. Colazione ottima ed abbondante. Ambienti molto puliti e curati. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Ottimo hotel!!

We booked this hotel for 9 nights, from August 18, 2023 to August 27, 2023. In the first night an extremely noisy event (which we understood from the Reception when we complained is a DAILY event between 20:00-24:00) from the nearby hotel. No one from the hotel warned us about this. Also, this was not mentioned in the description of the hotel on the website. When we talked about this at the reception, they did not offer any solution. They knew about this problem. They said that they will try to give us another room in a few days, but an worse room that the one we paid for. We checked out the next day. The other negative aspects which are misleading in the description are: Wifi is very poor, room is too small for queen size bed (the balcony door hit the bed, bedside table furniture missing on the balcony side of the bed, balcony without privacy separators, fish smell on staircase at the day of our arrival very scarce breakfast (the day at our checkout and departure). During the breakfast, waiting in line for somebody to slice cheese and ham, waiting in line for somebody to prepare eggs. (Nobody there for the 20 minutes we took breakfast). It seems that Sea Lion Hotel retained the Covid 19 restrictions which benefit their side and limit tourists services, fitness and Spa are out of work, but they marketed it as they offer these sevices. This hotel is a 3 hotel at best, not as it is listed, as a 4 hotel with a rate of 190 euro/night!!! Of course, they don't want to reimburse the money. We would like to say big thanks for the whole team! Our booking has a long story since Covid time, finally we got it from 20th to 27th June. The reception team is really friendly, the restaurant people are super helpful and fast. The breakfast is quick, lots of pastries, cakes, pies, muffins, croissants, jams like everywhere in Italy . I would suggest to add some vegetables, greens for healthy breakfast lovers. Marko at the beach is a great man, super friendly and caring))). Sea is perfect for small kids, sunbeds are new and top quality. The area is quiet and full of local people. Along the beach you will find numerous cafes, restaurants, ice cream shops, pizzerias. Location is just perfect!

Not vegan frandly. Nothing to eat in brekfest. The shawer is a very bad jok. There is no place to stand. There is a strange device for the shower that doesn't work with a chair that takes most of the shower so I had to stand on the edge unable to move for fear of falling. Not pleasant at all and even scary

Ottima posizione dell'hotel fronte mare, camere confortevoli e molto pulite e un eccellente servizio clienti.
