We stayed four nights the first week of April. We found this guest house to be an excellent location, very clean. We actually picked it for the free parking. Our hosts, Claudio and Maddalena, were extremely gracious and helpful. Claudio met us on arrival and helped us carry our bags up to three flights of stairs to the room. Very quiet location, no train noise. But still within easy walking distance of the trains, boats, and restaurants. I went out to look for coffee at 7:00am. and Claudio was there ready to prepare and bring to our room. Each morning when I went out there, he was ready with our coffee to be made and brought to our room. The breakfast also was very nice and well prepared. Sitting on the beautiful patio for breakfast was very nice.

The hosts of this B&B were very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were well decorated, well maintained and spotlessly clean. Good breakfast with wide selection, fresh fruits, bread rolls, cereal, cheese, meats, juice, choice of hot drinks. Would certainly return.

OMG where do I start! The most amazing hosts Claudio and his wife Maddelena made you feel like family and the cleanest place we have ever stayed at. I too am a little OCD but this place is next level we had the most beautiful breakfast each morning with a freshly made coffee our room was the green room very unique but lovely. Bed and pillows very comfortable and fully serviced each morning the only thing is if you have bad knees and not good with stairs forget it you will be climbing to the 3rd level plus a slight incline up the street, but Claudio was an absolute gentleman and meet us down stairs and carried my suitcase with ease up to the room as the husband was lagging behind with his lol.

We had a warm welcome from Claudio after a busy day travelling. We booked directly with the B&B and had absolutely no trouble with communication between ourselves and Claudio and Maddalena The B&B is a 10 min walk from the railway station in the newer part of Monterosso, this suited us perfectly as we could easily walk to the old town for the hustle and bustle but could then retreat to the quieter area. The B&B is on the third floor, Claudio helped us with our bags on arrival and departure but there is no lift so maybe not be suitable to the less able as there are three flights of stairs to climb. Our room was perfect, spotlessly clean with a large balcony and partial sea view with a lovely en-suite bathroom. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room as is often the case in Italy. As others have said, breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit, cereals, cheeses meats and pastries and cakes. We were made to feel very welcome, Claudio and Maddalena were perfect hosts.

Wow! What a great find! Claudio and Maddalena were the perfect hosts and couldn't do enough for us. Very friendly. The room was spotless, quiet and very comfortable. The accommodation is in a small street away from the hubbub, but only a few minutes walk to the beach and the train station. There is a balcony with recliners and a table and 2 chairs. Great for relaxing after a hard day's touring. The breakfast is absolutely amazing. Fresh fruit, crusty bread, boiled eggs, cereal, cakes, pastries, fresh juice and Claudio brews the coffee if your choice. We had a car and parking was available for extra $$, although the drive to Cinque Terra is not for the feint hearted!

Fantastic stay. Claudio and Maddalena were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious and clean. Lovely and quiet spot with views over the lemon and olive farm across the street, but only a short walk to the beach front. Breakfast was delicious and Claudio made one of the best cappuccinos we had in our 6 week stay in Italy. Thank you Claudio and Maddalena for making our week in Monterosso a high light of our trip.

Beautiful, clean, and modern B&B. The owners, Claudio and his wife Maddalena, personally attend to everything! Breakfast every morning is delicious. But warning you must walk up a small inclined street and go up 3 flights . Claudio helped us with our bags so it was fine. Well worth it!

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at Marvit in May of 2023, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend staying with Claudio and Maddalena! They are superb host! Our room was clean and quite comfortable with a nice patio. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach front, into a peaceful and quiet retreat! The breakfast offerings were first class! We bought the Cinque Terre train pass, this was very useful!

Clean comfortable and great location. Quiet yet close to everything . Train with access to the other villages a few minutes walk away also beach and restaurants at the bottom of the road. Would recommend and stay here again
