Very nice small hotel on the promenade. The breakfast was very good and the breakfast room was charming. Simple but clean room. Listen to waves throughout the night. There is a lift for luggage which is quite helpful. I would happily stay here again

Hotel was right on the water and no hills to climb to get there. Also if driving parking is 50 meters away. Bathroom is a little small. Breakfast in the morning was perfect. Hotel also located in the quieter side of the town which was great for us. Once there expect a lot of walking just saying.

This is a perfectly located hotel right on the waterfront and only 3 minutes walk from the train station. The rooms are very small but typical for the area. The included breakfast was good. The family business do run a good show with lovely staff and clean enough rooms. The only criticism is the elderly lady (assumed the mother) who hangs around staring at guests taking the breakfast food. She actually told our group that they needed to tip the girls due to all the coffees they ordered. The entitlement is 2 per person and we planned on tipping without being ordered to. Best to keep her away from your guests.

Accommodations were adequate except for an elevator which was reserved for luggage. Our complaint was that the staff was the surliest we’ve ever seen, certainly for Italy. We ordinarily find hotel staff willing to go out of their way to help guests, but in this case the front desk was manned by a woman who had a very serious attitude problem that pervaded the entire operation. And we do not travel as ‘entitled’ Americans. We are friendly, and try to leave a favorable impression on our hosts. It was impossible in this case.

This was such a perfect hotel for us!!! It is 3 doors down from the train station…on the beach…we had breakfast buffet included and was so close to everything. When I come back to Cinque Terre I will definitely be staying here again.b I am gluten green and they had great breakfast options for me.

Heritage property , lift is available but didn’t see anyone using Person at the check in took the luggage up Good hotel location on the beach , windows open up to the ocean, can hear the sound of ocean through out the night Good comfortable beds with extra blankets , Bathroom is too tiny but a little smaller Than standard European hotels Very good spread at breakfast

Lovely hotel. We had a sea view, no balcony (despite requesting one when we booked). Rooms are large and comfortable. Breakfast is really nice and can be eaten at the tables out front of the hotel. They have a bar service as well which is nice. Staff were wonderful! To sit on beach we paid 20 euro for the day! For Aussies it was a bit steep. Also the lift is only for luggage, so expect stairs.

Comfortable rooms, friendly staff…Grazie Mille Simone, and breakfast provided. Also, they have air conditioning, no smoking rooms and Seaview rooms of beautiful Ligurian sea and private beach. All needs met with great housekeeping as well. Only suggestion is that hotel guests should not have to pay separately and daily for beach chairs and umbrella. Perhaps an optional flat rate charge for your entire stay. Definitely would return here again and recommend Hotel Baia to others.

Lovely! We so enjoyed our stay. The owners and staff were so efficient and the rooms were very clean and refreshed each day. Our room included a beach chair and umbrella (you need to provide your own towel) and a full breakfast each day. Highly recommend this hotel. We had a room for four and it included a terrace. The hotel is steps away from the train station and our room was on the second floor. It was quiet. There is also an elevator to for your bags and the airconditioning was nice and cool.
