Guests enjoy the privilege of accessing a private residential beach, merely a brief walk across the street. With all conveniences practically at your doorstep, it's also conveniently situated only 15 minutes from Sangster International Airport. Me Deh Yah which means "I am Here" is a beautifully refurbished three-bedroom waterfront condo on the ground floor, featuring a large, fully updated kitchen and two luxurious bathrooms, is located in an exclusive gated community on the Freeport Peninsula. This condo is an ideal vacation retreat, situated just 18 feet from the sea, providing direct views of the yachts in the bay from your patio. The property offers a community swimming pool, kids pool, kids play area, manicured gardens, BBQ and Bar for shared use of the residents all in a small quiet Community. Guests will also have access to the adjacent Montego Bay Yacht Club and Marina Palms Restaurant for exquisite dining by the water. The condo is an ideal space for both business travelers and those working from home, with all necessities conveniently located. Complimentary access to a private beach club, just a short walk away, is another perk for our esteemed guests. It is important to note that HOA Rules require the primary guest to be at least 25 years old to make a reservation. The apartment accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms. Each bedroom is fitted with ceiling fans and air conditioning for maximum comfort. The Master King Bedroom boasts a luxurious ensuite bathroom and a walk-in closet. The smaller Queen Bedroom and the Twin Bedroom share another opulent bathroom. The living space is elegantly finished and includes all expected amenities: - Wi-Fi - A large, fully equipped kitchen - A Nespresso Classic Machine with Milk Frother for coffee enthusiasts (bring your preferred pods), and a filter coffee machine - A spacious, fully furnished living room/dining area/kitchen; please note there is no AC in these areas - A private patio with a view of the Bay and a personal gas grill BBQ - Cable TV - A washer/dryer in the Twin bedroom - Air conditioning in all bedrooms - Ceiling fans - Plenty of natural light - Well-kept gardens, a bar, and a BBQ area - A children's playset - A welcome basket containing items such as tea, coffee, milk, sugar, and organic bathroom products for a comfortable stay Additional comforts include: - Premium bed linens with protective covers encasing the mattresses and pillows - Freshly washed towels, guaranteed even if they were unused by the previous guest - Cleaned and sanitized toilets, showers, and sinks - Couches and chairs that are cleaned before your arrival - While we ensure cleanliness. Guest Access: The apartment is a self-contained unit with a private entrance and a digital code door lock. Check-in time is after 3 PM. Also, it is recommended that you arrive in daylight hours on the first day so that you can familiarize yourselves with the area. Additional Note: We strive for eco-efficiency and sustainability. Our property operates on solar power and solar-heated water, and we encourage our guests to support this initiative. In the unlikely event that solar power is unavailable, we can transition to grid power to minimize guest inconvenience. Additionally, we advise guests that on the rare occasions of sunless days, there may be a brief interruption in hot water supply. About pets:No pets allowed.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:We request that guests do not smoke inside, there are plenty of outside areas in which guests are free to smoke. No illegal substances.Children of all ages are very welcome but the Apartment is not child proofed so you must ensure your child’s own safety,We request that you do not invite unauthorized visitors.
