Hotel Massimo d'Azeglio

This hotel is very elegant with lots of amenities. The rooms are spacious with more electrical plugs than usual, and have excellent lighting. Although the hotel appears to be an older hotel, everything is modern and accessible. The surroundings are quiet; the beds are comfortable; and the meals are exceptional.

A hotel form a nightmare. The duvets on the bed haven’t been washed minimum 30 years. All of the walls are black. The curtains have never been washed. The staff in the restaurant is terrible. They did not allow us in the group to eat the same thing as other guests in the hotel could. The breakfast is the same every morning. One sort of the lowest quality. Bad smell in the whole hotel. The doors of the balcony are old and you can’t sleep because of the noise on the street. We still feel pain in our backs because of the most uncomfortable “beds” in the rooms. The amount of food given to the guests for dinner is not enough for a newborn baby especially not a grown person. Horrible.

Unexpectedly arrived here after original hotel was double booked. Although we hot tired and fed up the staff made us most welcomed. The food was lovely and hotel bar was reasonably priced. We liked sitting outside hotel with a drink watching the world go by

First the hotel is not high class, but it certainly has the maximum rating from us! It is located in a good location, the hotel is old and has some little things to fix but which are not important for your vacation! You have everything you need, air-conditioned room, TV, small balcony (303 rooms), bathroom ,nice ,comfortable and clean room. The staff is very friendly and always at your service for everything you need for a nice and pleasant holiday. Greetings to all and special greetings to the gentleman on the night shift

Hôtel horrible je ne comprends même pas que l on peut loger des personnes dans cet hôtel si l on peut appeler ça, personnel pas souriant du tout on se croirait dans une prison et en plus on est surveillé quand au repas pas bon on est servi à la louche comme dans une cantine et en plus les cheveux à l air sans charlotte et sans gants je me répète a éviter absolument

Ottimo rapporto qualita/prezzo posizione strategica ideale e soprattutto la cucina di Dario è di ottima qualità e curata nei dettagli. I titolari sono alla mano ed estremamente disponibili verso i clienti

Acceuilli par la famille Addams personnel peu sympa chambre démodée vieillotte moisissure dans la salle de bain restauration digne d'une cantine fenêtre impossible à ouvrir déco des années 30 hôtel a fuir aucune étoile pour moi ..,.....

In un anno come questo del 2022 dove ogni cosa e’ rincarata e’ stata una scelta con prezzi super onesti. Un punto strategico a pochi passi dalla piazza centrale di Montecatini… camere pulite e soprattutto ottima attenzione ai pasti con cose buone ottimo cuoco e camerieri cortesi e attenti…la vacanza no. E’ ancora terminata…ma visto l’importanza che diamo tutti quanti ale recensioni e d’altra parte l’essere sempre tutti pronti alle critiche talmente e’ stata l’esperienza positiva che in questo caso ho pensato bene di offrire il mio parere… la città nn e’ più quella appetita un tempo ma da qui ci si può muovere e arrivare alla Versilia al parco di collodi per chi come me ha due bimbi Pisa Firenze e tanto altro ancora…una vacanza all’avventura con un “porto” sicuro dove tornare la sera..Questo lo spirito che ha animato la nostra vacanza

Dalla strada entrata decorosa poi pessimo. Una nota positiva il personale , cortese e gentile , per il resto non salvo nulla. Camera da 1 Stella , mobilio anni 60 che sembra anche sporco , bagno allucinante con rubinetti duri dal tanto che sono incrostati, finestre che non attutiscono minimamente i rumori esterni ( tanti essendo sulla via principale) . Collazione con pochissima scelta e un caffè della macchinetta imbevibile. Sala cena che fa la fiera delle piante in plastica. Insomma , bocciato su tutto a parte il personale cortese .
