Super 8 by Wyndham Monteagle TN

Do not stay here. Terrible, rundown facility. Rooms are dirty. You won’t want to touch anything. We didn’t even want to change the toilet paper roll. Someone’s old soap left in the shower, dirty chairs. The stairs outside are super depressing and broken looking. So glad to get out of this place and move on. Wyndham should not be putting their name on this place.

We have stayed here 3 years in a row while attending a music festival nearby. The rooms are always clean and the staff is always willing to help. We are already looking to make reservations for June of 2025. Thanks again for all the hospitality!

Will not return to this motel mattress was old and lumpy linen was dirty and had to wait until after 11pm to get new pillowcases never received towels and trash cans were nasty and no bag replacement. Stairs were broken and unsafe

I wish I could’ve liked this hotel better, but both of the fitted sheets in our room were gross, and after 30 min waiting, both of us just pulled the sheets up and slept with only a light covering, as we had been driving 14 hours that day. The TV remote was missing and staff had no fix for this, the center area was messy and loud, and the AC unit didn’t work well.

The room was quiet and clean. The bed was comfortable. Check in was fairly quick. No one was at the desk when we checked out so we did not get a receipt. The TV had a lousy picture and none of the stations matched up with the paper channel guide provided. The air conditioner was hard to regulate. The breakfast was poor. The juice dispenser did not work. There were very few choices, especially healthy choices. Cereals were Fruit Loop and Frosted Flakes. No waffles or yogurt. There were hard boiled eggs, toast, and small, processed banana muffins. This is a moderately priced motel so we got what we paid for. It is fine for one night, especially if you are not a breakfast eater.
